Booking both FINS to the Left and FINS to the Right opens up a large 5,200 sq. ft. duplex ideal for multi-family vacations or large groups, accommodating up to 28 guests through the connecting door. Guests enjoy two master suites, multiple great rooms, kids’ areas, and ample seating for everyone. The ocean-side pool is exclusively for FINS guests, complemented by four covered porches, four sundecks, rockers, picnic tables, charcoal and gas grills, and an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower. The property offers 14-car parking and direct access to the beach.

Included With Weekly Rentals:
- Beds are made upon arrival — this home comes ready for bed for a stress-free start to your vacation
- Bed linens (beds in bedrooms only), towels, and bath mats provided for weekly rentals only
- Welcome Amenity Bag included with starter toilet paper, paper towels, a kitchen kit, and a bathroom kit
(Guests should still plan to bring or purchase additional paper products and detergents once starter supplies are used.)

Please be aware that although this is not a pet friendly rental, the owner brings their personal pet to the property. Guests with animal allergies may wish to consider an alternate home.  Absolutely no pets or smoking allowed on this property.

Pool can be heated upon advance notice for a fee. Pools are heated to a maximum of 87–88°F and can maintain a temperature 8–10°F above the outside temperature. Pool heaters cannot operate if outside temperatures are below 55°F and are unavailable June–August.
