Definitivamente, Happy Hours no es su casa típica de playa: es raro y difícil de encontrar, 8 BR + Kids Nook, 7. 5 baños en el canal. Más de 4500 pies cuadrados De espectaculares e increíbles vistas del océano, el canal y el canal. Convenientemente ubicado en el corazón de la playa de la isla oceánica, a solo unos pasos del muelle, el museo costero, la heladería, el minigolf, las tiendas y los restaurantes ... ¡Y a solo 1-2 minutos a pie de la playa! !

¡Esta casa de playa tiene de todo! Está especialmente diseñado para reuniones multifamiliares extragrandes, ¡perfectas para reuniones familiares, bodas, súper bolos, vacaciones, viajes corporativos o de golf!

La casa cuenta con tres salas de estar, una enorme cocina gourmet con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable mejorados, espaciosas encimeras de granito, dos barras de desayuno de la isla, dos refrigeradores, dos lavaplatos, dos lavabos y una gran área de comedor con capacidad para doce. La cocina está muy bien equipada con muchas áreas de trabajo para varios "chefs" para crear deliciosas comidas familiares.

La casa también tiene un ascensor, sala de juegos con mesa de billar, mesa de póquer y futbolín. Se incluye acceso inalámbrico a internet de fibra. Otros artículos incluyen

La casa está amueblada a medida y decorada en colores y temas divertidos de la isla. Al caminar por la casa, ¡verdaderamente te transportan a un paraíso tropical! Las áreas comunes y de estar son luminosas, espaciosas y elegantes, pero están cómodamente amuebladas y cuentan con muchos asientos para todos. Cada una de las ocho habitaciones tiene una sensación única e incluso hay una sala especial para niños apodada 'la cala de los piratas' con literas incorporadas y área de juego personalizada.

Características exteriores
Una piscina privada climatizada personalizada y ducha privada con agua caliente. La piscina está llena de tumbonas para tomar el sol. Siéntate en uno de los muchos rockeros para relajarte y ver pasar los barcos desde una de las muchas cubiertas más amplias de toda la casa. Great week at OIB!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at happy hours! The house is very conveniently located in the center of the town. We loved having a swimming pool and dock access, which we used for a rental boat from OIFC. The house is perfect for a large family with kids as there are multiple bunk bed rooms.

Great family vacation

This house is spacious and has something for everyone. Great location - walk to the beach in just a few minutes, easily walk to putt-putt, shops and restaurants. Pool on the property is awesome. Awesome sunset views from the top level and listen to the Friday concerts right from the outdoor bar. Thanks for helping us make great family memories.

‘24 Family Vacation

We really love the stretch of land between Carolina Beach and Charleston. Vacationed at a dozen places in between and found this house to be big enough for our family and centrally located whether we wanted to go to Southport and take the ferry over to Carolina Beach or a quick ride into Myrtle Beach or Wilmington. This place fit us perfectly. We also love just staying local and checking out everything ocean Isle had to offer. We loved it and will come again.

Fun family week

We stayed for 1 week with family. The teenagers enjoyed the location and the walkability. Beach access was easier than expected. The property manager was very communicative. You could literally show up with clothes and have everything you need. Fantastic home.

What a week!

Ocean Isle Beach is beautiful in itself but add Happy Hours and it made a very memorable vacation. The home was beautiful, well stocked kitchen and pool/beach necessities and the location was perfect. The park, museum, mini golf, stores, beach were all in walking distance. We had a large group and the house did not disappoint the crowd. I highly recommend this house for your Ocean Isle stay!

Family fun

This house is wonderful. We so enjoyed the tables and chairs on the front porch to share meals and play games. The smoke detectors needed batteries and that was taken care of very quickly. The location is perfect for rentals,shopping, beach and ice cream. A great home with owners who care.

We invited our friends and family to come down and we all had a wonderful time at this house. There were more than enough rooms and bathrooms. The kids really enjoyed the upstairs game room. We enjoyed cooking meals in the large kitchen as well as the outside entertaining area. We took advantage of the heated pool and loved sitting out on the decks. Family Christmas

Had an amazing experience at this property. My family and I were able to enjoy each other in an amazing space. The elevator allowed my grandmother who is wheelchair bound to be a part of the festivities. The only negative would be in checking out. Check out is at 10am. At 10:04 while we were getting in the truck to leave when we we approached to be informed we needed to leave because other people were coming. It was 10:04….

We strive for all 5* reviews, so while your group really seems to have enjoyed your stay, we are disappointed it did not warrant 5 stars. I looked into your concern about the check out time and haven’t been able to determine whom you may have spoken to…we did not have a renter arriving the day of your departure and our property manager and cleaners both came after your departure time of 10:04. There was no one with authority to say anything about your being a few minutes late leaving the house. I apologize for whomever may have caused your frustration. When there isn’t a group arriving on departure day, we typically do not have any issue extending the check out time…same with the arrival date and checking in early. Future guests, please feel free to ask to see if it is available.

Our 50th Wedding Anniversary

Our stay was Absolutely wonderful!! It was nice to be out of the hubbub of Myrtle Beach area. OI is beautiful, quaint and relaxing. The house is perfect on so many levels that we had a hard time leaving it each day to go to the beach or explore the nearby towns. The kitchen accommodated the eight cooks in the family all at the same time. Fixing meals is together time. The views off the decks are amazing. The pool and house is landscaped with palm trees that blow in the breeze and are lite up at night beautifully to enjoy the sunset and evening. We enjoyed being close to the park and the community events which we enjoyed them from the veranda. We have memories we will carry with us forever 🥰 We hope to be back soon. Thank you OIBHappyHours!

The Devil's in the Details

This home was in a very nice location - within walking distance to the beach and a really nice playground. The kitchen was well appointed and the double refrigerators were a plus for our large family. We did have some minor issues - our access code didn't work so we had to use the house manager's code to access the property. The internet was out when we arrived but that was rectified quickly. The other issues were mostly cleanliness items - most of the bathrooms could stand to be updated but in the interim all of the toilet seats and shower curtains need to be replaced. We also had to buy mattress and pillow covers because most beds didn't have them. We had an issue with the garbage disposal and the house manager was no help after being notified via call and text that it wasn't working. Overall the house is nice . There was plenty of room for our large family, the balconies are beautiful and provided a lovely outdoor gathering space, the pool and barbeque areas were a hit as well. *Tip - Refer to the room listing on the page versus the floor plan in the photos for an accurate bed count. Rooms 4 and 8 are configured differently than what's shown on the floor plan.

Kaci - I'm really sorry that you felt the need to provide a 3* review of our home. We've had the home for 8 years and only have five * reviews. We strive to have every customer extremely satisfied, not only with their stay but with the communication that occurs before and during the stay, as we know this is an important component to a guest's satisfaction. A 3* rating seems a little harsh considering the number of significantly positive components of your review and based on the details below (yes, the devil is in the details). As you mentioned, there was a GFI issue at the beginning of your stay which caused the internet to be out. This, in turn, prevented your door code from working, as programming your code is based on having the internet. As you mentioned, the internet (and door code) were both fixed within a couple of hours. I understand that this was an inconvenience to have to use another code to get in. Our property manager is dedicated to our guests and should be able to help remotely for most situations. However, the Garbage Disposal issue was simply that it was unplugged. We will add that to our troubleshooting guide so we can advise our guests to check for that first. Regarding the mattress and pillow covers, that should not occur. Please let me know what you spent on coverings and I will be happy to reimburse you for that. Our cleaners have been made aware. Finally, regarding the bed configurations, we did ADD beds to rooms 4 and 8 (and bigger beds at that). I can understand why it was frustrating to have additional beds in a room if you were planning on fewer. I have removed the room configuration from the photos section to avoid confusion. We are glad that there are many things about your stay which you enjoyed and apologize for our inability to provide you with the same experience and satisfaction that all/most of our previous guests have had at Happy Hours.

Amazing vacation!!!

We had a w wonderful time at this property. We had a total of 19 (including some babies/toddlers) and everyone had plenty of room to relax. Kitchen is stocked, pool and deck are a nice size, house is 2 blocks from the pier, and kayaks and dock were an added bonus. And plenty of covered outdoor deck space to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails! I highly recommend this house and OIB. Such a quaint beach town.

What a great home! Large group who have traveled to OIB for years so we know the area well. We have stayed all over the island and this was one of our favorite houses yet! Well done!

Nice property

The house was just the right size. We rented late in the season and the house was not as clean as we expected, but the property manager and owner had someone come out and take care of it.

Family reunion

This is a beautiful facility with comfortable beds and furniture. There are many places to gather both inside and out. The location is an easy walk from beach, shops and playground. The manager is wonderfully responsive. We are a family of avid cooks. The two dish washers and refrigerators were key. Just about any utensil or pot size was available. Some were in rough shape but there were duplicates. Be aware that the captains nook has very narrow beds built into the walls. It was best used for storage or as a last resort. It is not pictured on VRBO. The pool was lovely and supplied with plenty of floats and seating. The best part was definitely working with Alicia. She went above and beyond.

The “sand castle”

We rented the happy hours beach house to celebrate our wedding with family and friends. The property was everything we hoped it would be. Everyone had an awesome time. Lots of great memories made that weekend. No regrets.

Very Nice Place!!!!

Owners were very easy to work with. They answered all questions quickly and detailed. The property is an excellent place for gatherings. Guests loved house. A great time was had by all!

We live in Cary, NC - about 3 hours drive from OIB. We are big sports enthusiasts, mostly gravitating towards college sports with split allegiances to UNC, NC State, but also the Panthers and (now) Commanders Our kids are 21, 19 and 14... We have a Goldendoodle named Quincy and a Sheepadoodle named Sunny.
