Bedroom #1 - Primary Bed Room: King bed (on main level)

Bedroom #2 - Mid-century Modern themed room: King bed (on main level)

Bedroom #3 - Night Themed Room: King bed w/ shared en-suite bathroom (shares with bunk room - on main level)

Bedroom #4 - "Where the Wild Things Are" Themed Room: full over full bunk with twin trundle with shared en-suite bathroom (shares w/ Night room above - on main level)

Bedroom #5: Marvel Themed Room: 2 sets of twin over twin bunks with twin trundles under each bunk (in basement off the game room)

Bedroom #6: Paris Themed Suite: King bed and sofa, en-suite full bathroom, mini-fridge, k-cup coffee maker. The PERFECT room for the grandparents or young married couple, or whoever wants their own space to escape to, as this room is NOT connected to the main house. It is 6 steps from the side door of the main house, under a covered walk. It is directly behind the garage, but no door connects the garage to the suite.

All linens/bath towels are provided. Beds will be made up prior to your arrival. We provide a starter kit of household goods. If you are staying more than a couple of days you might need to purchase more.

Norton Shores is just south of Muskegon and is a short 10 minute boat ride through the channel out to Lake Michigan!! Next to Mona Channel is also the beautiful Lake Harbor Park.

**Read carefully before deciding to book this property. By booking this property you agree to these rules.**

Absolutely no parties! All guests must be 23+ with the exception of children with their parent/ guardian. 19 person max overnight in the house. Throwing a party or exceeding the maximum permitted occupancy (without express permission) will result in the loss of your deposit. You may also be asked to leave without refund.

POOL/ HOT TUB RULES: There will be a $300 fee for improper use of the hot tub/ pool or if it needs to be drained after your stay. Please shower before entering the hot tub/ pool! Children under 14 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Kids under the age of 5 should not be in hot tubs because of the temperature. Clothing is not optional - swimwear must be worn. No horseplay or inappropriate behavior, no glassware, no smoking, no diving. Do not sit on the cover of hot tub. Do not walk on the pool cover when it is on. If hot tub cover is broken you will be charged $600 for a replacement cover. You must rinse sand and grass off before entering the hot tub or pool! Kids under the age of 5 should not be in hot tubs because of the temperature. No sand or any other substances in the hot tub or pool, i.e. no bubbles, oils, soaps, etc. Do not sit on the cover of either hot tub or pool. If either is broken you may be charged for a replacement cover.

Absolutely NO smoking ANY substances in the house. Absolutely no fires, including candles. Unauthorized smoking or fires will be charged the full deposit hold amount plus damages and extra cleaning fees - including but not limited to smoke damage or odors.

No pets of any kind. You will be charged $500 plus extra cleaning fees if you bring a pet. This is for the benefit of all guests so that anyone with animal allergies can be confident they will be safe and comfortable staying in the house.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement and provide a copy of your ID after booking. It is the booking guest's responsibility to get all other guests to read and agree to follow the rules of the rental agreement.

*No refunds for weather/ natural disasters/ power outages/ noise/ other things that are beyond our control.* Therefore, it is highly recommended that you purchase an inexpensive travel insurance policy!! This gives you peace of mind in the event you have unforeseen circumstances that require you to cancel outside of the refund window on our cancellation policy. Please review, we have our policy set to "strict."

Notice of Cameras: There are 3 exterior security cameras, one at the driveway and a Ring doorbell at each of the front entry doors. They are motion-sensored and on 24/7. Neither the house interior nor the exterior living spaces are visible to the cameras. If you interfere with the cameras, you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.

A security deposit **HOLD** of $1000 will be placed on the credit card you use to make the reservation 2 days prior to your reservation date. This is NOT a charge, just a HOLD. It will be released after we have had a chance to inspect the property or within 7 days after your reservation ends, minus any damages found and discussed with you.
