Welcome to your home away from home, your perfect getaway to the majestic Niagara Falls and the beautiful Niagara Region!

Our property boasts a cozy two-story house located walking distance to the Falls (15 minutes), access to all of the city's attractions including Clifton Hill, Casino, restaurants and bars, and of course the famous Niagara Falls!

Enjoy a charming house recently renovated with touches of both modern and rustic. The perfect fit for small groups of family and friends.

Spacious house located in the heart of Niagara Falls. Enjoy 2 bedrooms upstairs with queen size beds and a single bed on the main floor. The house is equipped with a spacious modern bathroom on the main floor. We have a fully loaded kitchen with all appliances including a fridge, stove, and oven. The main floor has a living room and dining room with an open concept which is ideal for socializing with family and friends. The home is fully equipped with WiFi, TV, Heating, and A/C allowing you to reconnect and relax after a long day touring Niagara's most impressive sights! Enjoy the fresh air in the backyard, with access to a beautiful wooden deck patio, accessible from the main floor and upper floor. We are located on a quiet and safe street just minutes drive away from Clifton Hill.

The whole suite is yours! This house has 2 suites in one home - Separate and private access to each home with shared outdoor space. The entrance to this suite is at the front of the house. The front door is accessed by key code, supplied upon booking confirmation before the arrival date for your convenience.

There is free parking on the premise for 1 vehicle per suite. Free street parking is available but has limited time, so won't be able to park on the street overnight on weekdays.

Family getaway

First time staying in a Vrbo property and the experience was very good. Property was as described and more then met our needs. It was clean and as described. The bathroom was modern and well equipped and having access to the one in the laundry room was great. Also inclusion of off street parking was a bonus and host was excellent at responding to any queries.

Amazing stay

Larry was an amazing host & quickly responded to all of my requests; from changing the dates to adding an additional guest, to recommendations of where to eat. We loved the location of the property as it was close to all the attractions. The house was very warm & inviting, beds & pillows were so comfortable! We throughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others!

Beautiful property very spacious quiet Neighborhood close to everything walking distance to the falls you could walk to almost all of the Attraction only one thing upstairs is a little bit warm for me but apart from that it was a great stay would stay there again if ever in town

Pretty house insude and out in a gorgeous luttle neighbourhood. Quiet and clean. Great base for our falls adventure. Not super close to the action but the wego bus close by was a great discovery. L9vednit

Nice rental for Niagara Falls

We enjoyed our stay. Larry was very quick to respond with any questions that we had. Nice place to stay and not have to be in a hotel. After a long day out and about at the falls and Niagara on the lake it was wonderful to come back and relax. We did not put the kitchen to use but it was nicely set up for items if needed. We would highly recommend and would return if we would decide to come back to Canada. We never walked to the falls as we felt it was a little further than we wanted to walk and at night. Only downfall was yes you do have others in another side of the house which we could hear them with little kids running around/screaming in the early mornings while we were still trying to sleep. Other than that it was perfect.

Convenient, quiet and just right for us

Traveling with 2 teenagers , one male, one female, this rental property worked out perfectly. We had plenty of quality time together during our drive to Canada. Having some private space at the end of our long fun days together kept us all in good spirits. As did the WiFii Larry provides 😄😉. Space was clean, cozy and located on a quiet street. Thanks also for helping with restaurant recommendations !
