This two-storey home offers a relaxing retreat with stunning sea views across Encounter Bay. Just an 800m walk from the Franklin Parade foreshore, you'll be close to the Beach House Café and Yilki’s Store, ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or a delicious evening meal. As you head towards The Bluff, make sure to stop by Whalers Seaside Dining, a popular spot for both exquisite meals and breathtaking views of the bay. It’s the perfect place to unwind and soak in the beauty of the area!
The Space:
Upstairs is a bright open plan living, dining and kitchen space that has direct access to the timber deck and fabulous views of Encounter Bay waves rolling in.
In the kitchen you will find a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric cooktop, oven and coffee machine. There’s lots of bench space for meal prep and cupboards with everything you need to feel right at home.
The dining suite seats eight and there is a timber high-top table outside with eight bar stools to take in the view spanning from The Bluff to Granite Island. At the other end of the deck you’ll find the 6 person spa.
The chaise lounge and chairs provide comfortable seating to read a book, watch TV or open the French doors and enjoy the sea breeze and surrounding views. This area is airconditioned for your comfort.
Bedroom one is very spacious and has a comfortable queen bed with views to the ocean. There is also a built-in robe and an ensuite that includes a shower, vanity and toilet.
Downstairs incorporates a family TV area, three bedrooms, a bathroom and laundry.
Enjoy another undercover deck area with 6 burner BBQ and outdoor dining setting to seat 8.
Bedrooms two and three include a queen bed.
Bedroom four has two single beds.
The bathroom consists of a toilet, shower and vanity.
The laundry has a washing machine with access to outside.
There is ample parking for at least four vehicles.
