Lazy Magnolia, a luxurious retreat nestled in the heart of Destin's Crystal Beach, welcomes you to a world of comfort and elegance. This sprawling 2,513 square foot property boasts five spacious bedrooms and four full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to twelve guests. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an inviting living space with modern amenities, fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. The dining area seats 9 and includes a high chair for those traveling with young ones. The breakfast bar seats an additional 3 guests.

The home’s primary bedroom is conveniently located on the first floor and ensures accessibility for guests who prefer to avoid stairs. It offers a luxurious retreat with a king bed, en suite bathroom, walk-in shower, and a soaking tub, perfect for unwinding. Located on the second floor, two guest bedrooms, each with a queen bed await. The third guest bedroom has a queen bed that connects through a shared bathroom to a bunk room, which boasts two twin-over-twin bunks and an additional twin bed. It’s a fantastic space for kids or groups traveling together. A pocket door between the 2 rooms provides privacy if needed. The third floor offers even more sleeping space with a daybed, perfect for an afternoon nap or extra guest.

A guest suite in the separate carriage house provides added privacy, featuring a king bed and private bathroom. Access is from the second floor of the main home. It includes a kitchenette equipped with microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and mini fridge.

Outside, a private pool invites you to cool off and relax, while a nearby community pool provides opportunities to socialize with neighbors and fellow travelers. Plus, Lazy Magnolia welcomes up to two pets with a pet fee, so you can bring your furry companions along for the adventure.
