Nice place with plenty of space for everyone. Loved the deck! Great place to chill after an evening on the beach. Only thing I would say is that beach access is a little further than suggested and not very private.

Great Destin Location!

In a word, the property was fantastic! It was perfect for our family with two older (17 & 20) boys. I saw another review recommending renting a golf cart, and I second this. I also recommend renting beach furniture, these and the beach wagon provided by the property made beach access so much nicer than having to walk. Again, great property!

This was by far our best vacation! We did not want to leave, the place was amazing it did not disappoint! The location was perfect to everything to Crab Island and to the restaurants all by boat! The house was so relaxing, got up every morning and sat outside did some work and just relaxed before every one else got it... Oh the memories.. Cannot wait to go back to this house again!

Amazing!!!

This property was awesome. This is the place they are referencing when they say the word vacation. The house is beautiful, location is great! We even were able to do a ton of fishing and had our boat parked out back. This is the place i will stay every time I come to Destin!!!

We loved this house!

We loved this house! It was exactly right for our family. We were able to bring our pontoon and walking out the back door to get to it was the best! The house was very nice and equipped with every needed! We will rent again!

Destin Vacay

We loved the property, it was everything that it said it was. Very clean, close to all the shops, restaurants and bars. The neighbors are super nice and friendly also very helpful. We loved that we could dock our boat and walk right into the house. Fish cleaning table was right on the dock which was very nice after a long day of fishing. We really enjoyed this home and hope to return again soon!

Destin escape

Excellent place for our family! It had everything needed for a great time. The description was accurate and all questions promptly answered. The kitchen has everything needed! Enjoyed cooking some meals and used the grill for steaks. The upper deck is so nice with pretty views of the canal. This is a nice, quiet neighborhood with an easy walk to the beach. The host thought of everything to make this place truly wonderful! We really enjoyed our time here in Destin!

Absolutely First-Class

Manager does an exemplary job of making everything easy, accessible and low-stress. The house is fantastic- extremely clean, well s appointed, and completely updated. 5 stars. Fantastic wealthy neighborhood with private beach access. There’s simply nothing to critique in this property.

Lovely home

Lovely, clean property, exactly as advertised in listing. Location was different from our usual beach side bookings and we quite enjoyed the change! Fenced property meant we didn’t have to worry if our dog was out and about with us which she loved. We enjoyed the deck and view while enjoying morning coffee. Kids loved having the downstairs area to hang out. While we were bummed that the hot tub had a circuit board issue and was out of commission, our host ROCKED OUT the customer service. She worked diligently to have service come quickly and repeatedly to remedy the issue. When unable to fix it during our week’s stay, she had a thoughtful charcuterie delivered - unexpected but quite appreciated. Our experience mattered to her which made it feel as if we were truly visiting a friend’s home.

Home Away from Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this vacation home in Destin. I gave it 5 stars but will also provide some feedback for the owner and those who stay. The home is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Each morning was spent on the breathtaking deck sipping coffee and watching the sun rise and sun set. It is a very relaxing home and invites you to feel right at home. We took advantage of the hot tub, the outdoor TV, and the grill. The parents stayed upstairs which allowed the younger adults to take advantage of the game area/room downstairs. The kitchen was spectacular and had everything we needed for the week, we couldn’t ask for anything more. The beds and couches were so cozy and inviting and in the evenings the big TV gathered everyone around for a movie night. The house was amazing! Only takeaways for visitors and the owner. There was a mention of a private dog beach, not sure where that was located, we never found that. The Norriego Point was closed due to construction so we couldn’t venture down that way in a car or on foot to check it out. The door handles need to be wiped down better by cleaning staff, but honestly that was the only dirty item we saw, otherwise it was immaculate! Last thing was the distance to the private beach entrance. Everyday required us walking 1/2 mile with a wagon (provided) which can be exhausting without some helpers. I suggest renting a golf cart. Otherwise based on our short stay it was amazing!
