Golden Sands also offers one of Ocean City’s only Private Beach areas, open only to Golden Sands guests. For your convenience, one parking permit is included with registration with the building, additional parking permit available at an additional fee, subject to availability. Also for your peace of mind, there are maintenance personnel and security available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The Kitchen will delight the Chef in your family - well-stocked with all you need to make any mealtime a breeze, and there is room for all to sit and eat at the dining table. Golden Sands Requires guests to register prior to arrival. Registration is $75 for the entire stay and includes 1 parking permit for assigned (assigned June-August) parking space. Registration fee will be charged with final Balance.
Additional permits may be available for $20/day subject to availability upon arrival.
Registration form must be filled out and returned prior to arrival in order to receive arrival instructions and codes via email.

Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.
