Sleeping up to seven guests, the oceanfront primary suite offers a quiet retreat with a queen sized bed, the 2nd bedroom offers two double beds, and a futon sleeper if needed in the living area. Guest must supply bed linens, towels, paper goods and soaps. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed, and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.
Non-smoking/Non-Vaping property. No pets, please. $60 Cash Registration Fee due upon arrival at building for 1st parking space, 2nd space $10/day.
Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
