The Kitchen and Living Room

The open-plan layout features a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, stove, fridge, and cooking essentials—allowing you to prepare meals while enjoying the convenience of an open living area, complete with a HD television.
Sleeping arrangements include a queen bed and a pull-out sofa bed (double), both within the shared space—ideal for couples or small families seeking a cozy, communal experience.

The Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Adding to the charm of this retreat, the spacious bathroom is located separately from the main dwelling, featuring a toilet, shower, vanity and laundry. Please note that the bathroom and dwelling are separate and are entered through separate entrances.

The uniqueness and charm of this stay is highlighted by the property position and surrounds. Located in the stunning Taylor Bay on Lake Eildon, this stay is encompassed by panoramic lake views, featuring an outdoor firepit and outdoor patio with BBQ for entertaining. Enjoy your own Lake Access via a driveway (4WD/AWD only) and stairs to access to the floating jetty and permanently moored pontoon boat. Swim, boat, explore and/or even camp on this unique property in Taylor Bay without breaking the bank. Guests may use the pontoon boat, ideal for fishing, swimming, taking in the Lake activity or mooring their own ski boat (at their own risk). For security and fraud purposes, guests are required to complete a booking form, provide licence ID for guests and confirm payment details prior to check in. These identification details must match the details of the person who made the reservation.
