Perfectly positioned between Fitzroy and Strandon, this stylish retreat offers easy access to shops and a short stroll to the beach. Apartment 22 provides well-appointed spacious one-bedroom accommodation in a very convenient location. The local beach is just around the corner, and the CBD is an easy drive away. This inviting property offers a spacious and comfortable retreat, perfect for relaxation and convenience.
The lounge area is open plan and includes a modern kitchenette with a microwave, bar fridge, toaster, and tea and coffee making facilities. The master bedroom features a sliding door for privacy, a King bed, and storage that flows into the stylish tiled ensuite bathroom. The many character features and beautiful lead light windows, along with high feature ceilings, create a welcome sense of space and charm.
