Lakefront home Built in 2020! Great place to stay for vacation time at THE LAKE of the Ozarks! Private Dock! Spacious home with 4 Bedrooms (2 are master suites) 3.5 Bath 2 Car Garage, Smart Tv's and is Located at the 23 mm in the Heart of Osage Beach. Our Lake House has it all to make your stay the Best yet starting with a Very gentle level lot and Plenty of parking ! Fully equipped kitchen with Island. Wet bar with glassware, stem ware, blender, etc and a built in Beverage refrigerator. Dining area & Family room all with a panoramic view of The Lake. Main floor King size master suite with Dbl sinks & walk in rain shower made for the Captain and Mermaid. There is a Guest 1/2 Bath on the main level as well. Large Deck with Gas Grill and outside seating. The Lower level has a 2nd King size master suite with dbl sinks & Full size tub/shower. Bedroom #3 also has a King size bed and the 4th Bedroom dubbed "The Bunk Room" has 3 sets of Bunks ; 2 are Full and 4 are Twin.. All rooms have a view of The Lake. The LL has a walk out to the patio with seating. A Full Bathroom, Family room and a Coffee Keurig Bar. Cornhole game! NO Wake Cove- Private Dock has an open slip if you need it's 10'x24' , Jet Ski lifts, Tiki Bar, refrigerator, fans to keep you cool, Fish Cleaning station with running water and Plenty of seating.( My favorite place to hang out.) A Martini Deck is close to the Dock with more seating a Charcoal grill/ fire pit. Our lot is level and a boat ramp is close. Level concrete driveways for 7 cars or boat trailer parking a REAL plus at The Lake! 2 car attached garage with a Full size refrigerator for those "Big Watermelons" extra drinks etc.. Both Family rooms have 65" TV's and the 3 King bedrooms have 32" Tv's all Samsung. WiFi code, keyless entry front door & garage door. I would Love to tell you more about the Lake House so just give me a call. Primary Renter must be 25 years of age. "SWIM AT OWN RISK" Close to Redheads, Margaritaville ,Shorty Pants. Golfing,
Boat/Jetski Rentals. The House is about 7 miles away from the outlet mall. May you have a great time here at The Lake! We do have a gas fireplace on the main level and a fire pit for Stays during the Fall/Winter close to the Martini Deck/Dock.

This was our 2nd stay at this property and I will be booking a 3rd! The house is so welcoming, clean & amazingly stocked with everything you may need. The dock and outdoor spaces are perfection! Great parking too! Hosts are so easy to communicate with as well.

Long Weekend at the Lake

The house and property exceeded our expectations. Our kids loved swimming by the dock and having their own rooms. We would definitely stay here again, and communication with the host was excellent.

Wonderful house. Great amenities. Spotlessly clean. Incredible location, tucked in a small cove out of the main channel, sheltered from the waves. Comfortable beds and furniture. And a great host. All in all, a terrific 11 days at Lake of the Ozarks.

Family Vacation

Our family was traveling from 3 states and the home was perfect! It was very clean for an VRBO. Every family had their own rooms and the common area was able to accommodate us without being crowded. We spent most of our time at the dock which again, was plenty big for us 12. Having extra refrigerators was huge! I definitely would stay here again!! The hosts were so polite and answered any questions we had!

This house is beautiful! Very clean and well-maintained with a great dock. The house is located in a great location by land and water. The owners were wonderful to work with and very responsive when I had questions. Definitely one of the best places that we’ve stayed at in the 10 years that we have been coming to the lake.

This house was PERFECT for our annual lake stay! We had to move homes dues to dates and this will be our new rental! The hosts have put so much thought into everything, communication was excellent. The dock is made for floating/fishing/QT with your guests! House totally stocked too

Family Getaway

We enjoyed our time at this well equipped home on the lake! It was fun fishing from the dock and there was ample space for everyone to hang out together and have their own space. The porch and deck were wonderful to enjoy the outdoors. The kitchen had everything we could have needed and was great for cooking family meals. Beds were comfortable and linens and towels were clean. The only thing we didn't realize was that beach towels weren't included but that was no big deal. Overall it was a wonderful place for 3 families to gather and spend time!

A Trip We Will Never Forget!

There are not words to describe how absolutely amazing our recent stay was. This host did not disappoint in the set up and accommodations this house provided our family and friends. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could ever imagine, the beds and bedrooms were so comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets and the outdoor dock was an absolute dream! We will most definitely be back again soon!

Relaxing Get Away

Beautiful house! ❤ Highly recommend this property! Loved the details from house decor to kitchen accessories to cook with! We relaxed on floaties in the quiet cove for a few days and rented a boat to explore the lake a few days - the house is close to many fun spots! The owners were very quick to respond to any question I had.

Wonderful stay!

This was our first time using VRBO and we were so happy that we found this property! This house was perfect for our needs and we can't say enough about how great it was. We had 6 adults and 6 children from ages 3-15 in our group. Everyone was comfortable with all of the space this house provides and the level of detail with all of the amenities was over the top. The large kitchen and eating areas were perfect for gathering everyone, large bedrooms with the bathrooms gave everyone their own space. The two large decks on the house gave us a nice place for enjoying the view of the lake. Although the house was great, we spent most of our days on the awesome boat dock! We had rented a boat for 4 days which we could keep there at the dock, convenient for getting out on the lake. We had brought our own wave runner and the dock has two ports for keeping those handy, there is even a launch ramp 1 house away. The Tiki bar and furniture were great for lounging and the refrigerator made it super handy for drinks. We all had a great time swimming and just hanging out. There is plenty of parking with the 2 car garage and the area around the front of the house. The extra fridge in the garage was very handy for keeping drinks, extra groceries and ice. The owners were very responsive with any questions we had, both before our stay and while we were there. They wanted to make sure that we had a great time. In short, our stay was perfect at this house and we can not wait to go back!

We had an amazing week at the property. They offered everything you could possibly need for a stay. The boat ramp location, and the ability to park our boat trailer onsite was an awesome addition. We will definitely look to book this property again.

Amazing House and Location!!

This is the second time we rented this beautiful home! This is a home away from home. It is amazingly clean and welcoming. The dock is large and allows a place for family to sit together, swim, paddleboard, and float. We spent all our days on the dock and evenings on the large upper deck. There is plenty of seating and fans to keep you cool, and there is a large grill to make lunch or dinner. Cheryl provided A+ customer service. She is quick to respond and helpful with everything. We plan to go again next summer if possible!!

Way better than we could have hoped for!

This property is perfect. A wonderful location near all of the fun places on and off the lake. The house itself has plenty of space and the owners go above and beyond to provide nearly everything you could ever need. The dock and decks and patios are beautiful and have plenty of seating. Our pontoon fit perfectly in the slip. The beds were comfortable and the wifi was strong. Overall, we were all impressed and can't wait to come back!

2022 Ozark Vacation

This property is pristine! Absolutely perfect for our family vacation. The kitchen has everything you might need for preparing meals, also, there were plenty of bath towels and wash cloths. The beds and bedding were great, our grandkids loved the bunk room! It was very nice to have an extra refrigerator in the garage and also on the dock for all your extra drinks. We loved it here, will be returning next summer!

Awesome property

We had a great time at this lovely property. It has everything you will need. We brought items with us as we have previously needed things for kitchen etc. but we never used as this home is FULLY stocked with all you will need and more Cheryl has literally thought of everything . Great Home

We have stayed here multiple times and certainly will stay again! It is a great and comfortable home and a great location by water and land. Great quiet cove to swim and hang out in. Owners are very accommodating and nice.

Bashaw family week in paradise

Great! We had a wonderful time, have been coming to the lake for years & this has been one of the very best! Boat lift didn’t work. The squirrels were chewing on top deck above the stairs going to the dock.
