Located just east of town and within a quick ten-minute drive to local activities this sprawling retreat offers the perfect pairing of seclusion and convenience for your vacation stay.
The open floor plan is perfect for entertaining and staying connected as a group, with a toasty fireplace, mountain flat screen TVs, and an equipped kitchen and dining area, the memories are waiting to be made here at Blue Bear Lodge. Whip up your home cooked meals or holiday feasts with plenty of cookware and appliances on hand for your convenience. Being a single level retreat you will have quick and easy access to three bedrooms and both bathrooms, the spacious primary bathroom even offers a jetted spa tub for you to soak those muscles after a fun day out on the mountain.
Heading outside you will love the massive fenced and private yard, complete with wrapped sun decks, a propane BBQ, and patio furnishings for you to enjoy grilling and relaxing outside after a great day in Big Bear. Ample flat parking and an ultra-relaxing quiet neighborhood make this location serene and incredibly relaxing any time of the year. The house is 5 minutes away from the Convention Center and Oktoberfest, as well as 10-minute drive to either Bear Mountain or Snow Summit. Come experience the comforts from home here at Blue Bear Lodge for your next mountain vacation!

Thank you for your honest feedback — I’m truly sorry to hear that the cleanliness fell short during your stay. That’s not the experience we aim to provide, and we understand how frustrating it must have been, especially with the shower, windows, and spider webs not properly addressed.

There is No Street Parking Allowed in Big Bear- Make Every Attempt to Get Cars Off the Street for Snowplows. November thru April the law requires snow chains in your cars.
Pet Policy-Pet Friendly Homes Only-$40/Pet/Night
Pets must be acknowledged and may not be left unattended in the home. Owners must clean up after pets; subject to added cleaning fees for violations.
All homes include clean linens, and fresh bath towels for the occupancy. A kitchen with basic cookware and small starter amount of dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags will be supplied. Paper towels, coffee filters/coffee, specialty appliances, nor condiments/spices/oils are supplied.
No Pay-Per-View Ordering in any homes.
No refunds/credits for cancellations or trip interruptions due to acts of nature, (especially snow, fire, power outages) weather, road conditions, mechanical or electrical failures, spa malfunctions, or other equipment factors beyond our control.
This is a forested mountain community home to critters- animals or insects you may encounter are spiders, moths, flies, squirrels, gophers, bears, coyotes, burro, bear, bats, etc. Our team inspects prior to arrival but cannot guarantee the home will be free of these forest critters.

There is No Street Parking Allowed in Big Bear- Make Every Attempt to Get Cars Off the Street for Snowplows. November thru April the law requires snow chains in your cars.
Pet Policy-Pet Friendly Homes Only-$40/Pet/Night
Pets must be acknowledged and may not be left unattended in the home. Owners must clean up after pets; subject to added cleaning fees for violations.
All homes include clean linens, and fresh bath towels for the occupancy. A kitchen with basic cookware and small starter amount of dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags will be supplied. Paper towels, coffee filters/coffee, specialty appliances, nor condiments/spices/oils are supplied.
No Pay-Per-View Ordering in any homes.
No refunds/credits for cancellations or trip interruptions due to acts of nature, (especially snow, fire, power outages) weather, road conditions, mechanical or electrical failures, spa malfunctions, or other equipment factors beyond our control.
This is a forested mountain community home to critters- animals or insects you may encounter are spiders, moths, flies, squirrels, gophers, bears, coyotes, burro, bear, bats, etc. Our team inspects prior to arrival but cannot guarantee the home will be free of these forest critters.
