BE A JAX BEACH LOCAL and walk or bike to numerous dining and entertainment venues from this AMAZING ocean, pool and park front beach condo.
This is the perfect location for a relaxing evening after work or fun filled vacation, just park your car and relax. (No parking fee) Spend your stay relaxing out by the oceanfront pool, walking the beach, picnicking at the Oceanfront Park, taking in the local talent in the University of North Florida Seaside Sculpture Park, where the exhibits change with the seasons, or exploring the great city of Jacksonville. (Beach access is direct from the ALL THE VIEWS!!!

Upon entering the living room area, you will be welcomed by the breathtaking views of the ocean, pool, and dunes via the nearly floor to ceiling sliding glass doors.
Enjoy morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail from the balcony with a full, second story, 180 degree view of the ocean with frequent sightings of dolphins and acrobatic parasailers.

A local coffee shop Is only a few steps away. A short walk or bike ride and you will be at the Seawalk Pavilion, which is the host to evening outdoor movies, festivals, arts and craft shows, concerts and various other festivities. The Jacksonville Beach Pier is also a short walk or bike ride away, where you can watch or join the local surfers and anglers and even a silent disco on Friday nights.

Jax Beach also has a vibrant nightlife. Find Lynch's Irish Pub, Surfer-The Bar, The Ritz, Hoptinger, The Brix, and many others all within a half a mile! You can even ride your bike to dinner or to the local Walgreens to pick up some snacks.

Accommodations:
The building was built in 1983 so it is an older building with character and has been recently painted a beautiful light blue hue and been equipped with an upgrade of windows, doors and stairway railings. This super chill condo itself is clean and welcoming on the inside. You will be able to relax in the king-sized bed in the bedroom and fold out the couch in the living area to form a bed for additional guests. A cot style fold out sleepable ottoman and additionalself inflating single sleeper high rise air mattress. The kitchen is stocked if you feel like you want to cook at home and stay in after a day in the Florida sun with all the amenities including an air fryer full sized oven, electric tea kettle, keurig, and blender.

Washer/Dryer is in the lowest level of the unit on the ground floor and can be accessed at anytime this is assharwd space- please follow the rules posted. This unit has bike rental available ($75 for 2 bikes) and just about everything you need for a fun day at the beach including: chairs, soft cooler, beach towels, boogie board and a beach bag to haul it all for your days in the fun sun.

The unit has 1 assigned covered parking spot (it is under the building and is made for a small car), and plenty of first come first serve parking (any 1 spot that says reserved is free game for guests). Parking is also available across the street by the sculpture park and to the left and right of the condo is public beach access parking for even more options.

This space is perfect for the couple looking for a beach getaway or a small family needing the conveniences of home that a hotel just cannot offer.

Please note that this unit is on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator. Please keep this in mind if you are not able to walk stairs. Although once at the top and in the unit the view is amazing and worth the climb!

Other things to note
We have a bike rental at the condo with 2 bikes and a bike lock available if you would like to rent for the duration of your stay. This is an additional $75 for 2 bikes. Feel free to message me if you are interested in renting bikes.

The trash dumpster is located at the front of the condo by the sidewalk. It is housed inside a wooden fence.
