Just a short stroll away, you'll find Jacksonville Beach's Sunshine Playground at South Beach Park, perfect for outdoor activities like pickleball and leisurely walks. The newly constructed saltwater heated pool, complete with an inviting swim deck, offers an idyllic space for relaxation and sunny afternoons.

This pet-friendly beach house caters to your every need, featuring smart TVs in each bedroom for entertainment and reliable WIFI for staying connected.

POOL HEATERS:
Pool heaters are turned off from 5/15 to 9/15 as the pool temperatures are at or well above the 85 degree threshold. To request that the pools be heated between 9/15 - 5/15, contact management 72 hours before your arrival. Pools will not be heated for last minute bookings. The pool heaters heat the pools to 85 degrees. When we experience lows below 45 degrees, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Though we rarely see temperatures with lows below 45 degrees, it can happen in the winter months. Thank you for understanding.
Guests use the pool at their own risk.

PET FRIENDLY:
We warmly welcome four-legged CANINE friends. No cats, please. (They don't like the beach!)
There is a Pet Fee of $150 per pet. When you reserve, please indicate if you will have animals with you. This is REQUIRED. By booking with your dog or dogs, you are agreeing that you have reviewed and agreed to the following guidelines:
Maximum limit allowed: 3 dogs
NO aggressive or unsocialized dogs will be permitted to stay on the property.
Must be completely house-trained or kept in a kennel when left alone.

Our beach communities are extremely welcoming to animals, and we are a very dog-friendly community. Due to our wonderful weather most of the year, you can easily take your furry friend to many restaurants or bars with outdoor seating available, and they will provide them with water and head pats.

AWESOME

This is our second summer vacation at this house. It's been an awesomely wonderful experience each year. My wife, daughter and grandchildren LOVE the house, neighborhood and our time in Jax Beach!!!!

Very Nice

The Treehouse was a perfect rental. It was well maintained and supplied. The best part was the outdoor area with the pool and covered area with table and eating area, TV, Fan, etc. Plus, there were beach chairs, wagon, umbrella for our use. Well done!

Great home, location and Welcome Home Team!

Home fit our needs perfectly. We wanted a small home with a pool close to Mayo and it was in a great, safe neighborhood. It had a great feel, nice design, comfortable furniture. We loved having the master bedroom on first floor. Was especially pleased with how responsive the team was. When I mentioned that some things were missing from the kitchen, they ordered replacements immediately. I have stayed at another one of their properties in the past and would stay with them again.

What a wonderful home!

The Tree House was the perfect place to stay for our multigenerational family as we attended a wedding in Jax Beach. It was very clean, comfortable and well equipped with all the amenities needed as our home away from home. Its proximity to stores and a playground as well as it’s comfortably heated pool for the cooler spring days, it was enjoyed by everyone! We would definitely rent this home again in our travels back to the Jacksonville area!

Perfect Getaway

Communication w/Mike and Yvonne was always timely and gracious. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was very festive, as we were there during the Halloween weekend. We enjoyed the heated pool and quiet, private back yard. Thank you for making our weekend stress free! We would definitely stay here again.

Sometimes a treehouse can be better than the beach

This is a beautiful property. A couple things of note stood out to us: Low renter fee/cleaning/deposit - this is very affordable vs some others that can lure you in with a lower daily rate. The check out/in and rules are all very reasonable. These people are honest and really great hosts. Amenities - The hosts go above and beyond to make every single thing you might need for a day on the beach available without a $500 trip to target. The location - it's a mile from the beach and they even have bikes you can use. There's parking at the public beaches if you have a lot to haul. The house - Just wow! It's clean, sharp, and well decorated. The pool makes for a great lazy day and the house 500 smart TVs so everyone can have their area on a rainy day. Overall, one of the best rentals I've ever had. 10/10 would recommend for friends and family.

Graduation celebration!

We had family that came from VA, SC, and different areas of Fl all come together to celebrate our daughters graduation from University of North Florida! The home was better than we could have imagined. Cozy, beautiful home! Close to everything and everywhere we needed to go. Thank you for everything! (Side note... not bad but i feel like we did something wrong in the master shower as every use left the bathroom flooded. Nothing towels couldnt fix.)

Lovely home in Jacksonville Beach

The house is 2 story which we did not know. It was decorated nicely, comfortable beds, clean, beautiful pool and pool area. The only problem I had was I had a fall in the garage the 1st day. There was a step down 2 steps from the door that was the same gray color that blended in with the garage floor. My brother tripped but only I fell.

Great house that is well stocked and has an awesome pool

Great stay for our family . The house is beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything you need. Beds are comfortable . Having a heated pool and outdoor tv was awesome. There is a local park in walking distance perfect for walking our dogs . Stores are conveniently located. Would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful place!

Such a wonderful place to stay! The home is absolutely beautiful. The pool is phenomenal and we loved the turf outside the pool. Lots of extras including beach and pool items. The beds were very comfortable as well. We loved our stay and cannot wait to visit again.

Perfect for a getaway

We really enjoyed staying at this property and a had a fun girl's weekend. Their beach supplies they offered at the house were awesome (chairs, umbrellas, cart). The house was down the road from the beach and large shopping centers were close by for us to pick up any food/supplies. Only complaint is the trash situation, they rely on people staying there to take the trashcans to the street and we arrived on the day it should've been picked up, but the previous people didn't take it down so we started the weekend with overflowing trash.
