Entrance at back of house, there is no garden overgrown shrub, owners live at property with children and dogs making noise all day into the late evening. makes up service charges and plays with invoice. unsafe would not recommend

No communication until I called the owner on my way to stay. Not very clean. Just ok. Washroom door lock doesn’t work. Very Limited wall outlets in bedrooms. No mirror in the master bedroom. Found spiders in the bedrooms. Parking on the premises were blocked but could park on the street. Not very clean. No washer and dryer in the unit but maybe access in the outside. May not stay again unless improved.

Needed a place to sleep and keep our things, this was perfect for me! Owner was incredibly sweet and answered every message immediately! Would stay here again!My family was upset there was no TV, but we are not coming to Vancouver to sit in a house watching TV. I occasionally heard people walking upstairs, did not bother me whatsoever but I know that can be a deal breaker for some.

The place was not what was indicated. The hostess lives upstairs with kids and pets which you can hear running and barking. Washer and dryer was not in the unit but rather located in a shed outside. To top it off, there was a giant spider infestation. Poorly supplied with toilet paper and other essentials. We stayed for 5 days and not once did anyone check in. Please see attached picture.

Accessing the property during rain was extremely difficult due to a broken drainage system, which caused water to cascade right in front of the entrance. The doorway was also covered in spider webs, making the arrival unpleasant. Inside, the dining area had only two chairs, which made meals inconvenient. However, the most disruptive issue was the excessive noise—truly overwhelming. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this apartment to anyone, especially if you're looking for a restful night's sleep.

This property appears to have been renovated fairly recently. Unfortunately, there was no sound barrier put in between the main floor where the owners live and this basement suite. As a result, every footstep is clearly heard in the basement. It sounds as if there is some children living there and there is a lot of noise from the running back and forth, as children do. There are three reasonably comfortable queen size beds in this suite, however seating space is very limited. There are two bar stool type chairs at a very small table. There is a bench in one of the bedrooms was very loose, wobbly legs. Is also a plastic chair in that same bedroom. And there's a small straight-backed loveseat type bench which would be small for two people to sit on. Also, there is no TV in this space. All of this makes it very difficult to relax after a busy day in Vancouver area. One of the two bedrooms does have a mirror while the other one doesn't.

Nice Stay

My family and I had a nice stay at this vrbo property. The property was clean and well equipped.The laundry facilities were outside in a storeroom and are shared. We were very aware of the noise from upstairs and we ourselves were worried about making noise so felt a little uncomfortable especially when my autistic child cannot help himself with the noises he makes. The beds were very comfortable and lots of storage space. Thank you

Rental was clean and easy to access. Of note the ad states that it sleeps 7 however there were only enough beds for 6. Sound easily transfers between the upper and lower floor.
