Located on beautiful Hilton Head Island, our Ocean Palms 2 bedroom 2 bath second floor villa is located in a lovely wooded area overlooking one of the two pools with views of the golf course. There are two balconies and a screened in porch complete with chairs and table which makes relaxing outdoors a real joy. Hilton Head Island has 12 miles of sandy beach which is only a 5 minute shuttle / 10 minute walk from our villa. You can even catch a ride on the free shuttle from Ocean Palms directly to the Westin Resort and the beach.

This is a spacious vacation villa which can accommodate up to 6 people. The master bedroom has a king size bed and private bath (2 sink vanity, shower). A second bedroom can be set up with either a king or 2 twin beds and has its own bath with vanity and combination shower/tub. A sofa/bed in the living room can sleep 2 more people.

One of the best benefits of Ocean Palms are that Golf and Tennis which is included for all renters. Tennis courts are in new facilities at the Port Royal Golf & Racquet Club, a quick 2 minute drive from Ocean Palms! Tee time and Court time can be reserved for directly from the phone in the villa. The cost of Golf Tee Time and Tennis court time is included at no extra cost to you! Please note that golf cart rental and any equipment rentals are extra.

There is a well equipped kitchen open to the dining and living room area which includes a full set of appliances and a wet bar. The kitchen is amply equipped with dishes, glassware, cookware, silverware and utensils. There is a stacked washer/dryer just off the kitchen. With recent renovations to the kitchen and living room areas you'll enjoy the new granite counter tops and a 55" flat screen TV. Entertainment equipment include 3 TVs, DVD player, stereo receiver and free WiFi access.

The villa is fully managed by the Ocean Palms at the adjacent Westin resort which is available to address any issue regarding your stay at Ocean Palms. As an extra benefit, you will have use of all facilities at the Westin resort including free use of the pool, health club and direct access to the beach. Additionally, the Westin has 3 restaurants and a spa (fees will be charged to your Westin account)

We have 10 weeks of rentals available per year. Full weeks run from Saturday (4 PM) to the following Saturday (10 AM). Peak seasons are a 7 day minimum rental. During off-peak, we will rent for a minimum of 4 days upon request. Please review our calendar for available dates.

All rentals are subject to a 11% SC Rooms Tax and a ONE TIME Cleaning fee is to be paid directly to the Westin Resort upon check-in. 2 Bedroom Departure Housekeeping Fee $176.51 + Resort Fee $67.62 + 11% SC Hotel Taxes $24.41 = $268.54 total paid by GUEST upon check-in at The Westin Guest Services. Please request a quote for the total cost.
