There is a walk-in tiled shower, modern kitchen with full-sized Stainless Steel Appliances including a side-by-side refrigerator with water and ice dispenser. There is a convertible sofa in the living loom, two smart TVs, and bar-height island table. Sleep like a dream on a beautiful new Simmons Beautyrest Harmony Lux Hybrid mattress . This is a medium plush mattress. Awesome Villa for singles and couples, with a maximum occupancy of 4.



The balcony has a table for outdoor relaxing or eating. You can enjoy beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean and catch sunrises from your balcony. Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort offers 4 private entrances to the beach, the largest beach front pool on the island, a beach bar cafe at the entrance to the beach and next to the pool. There are 6 Pickleball courts and 8 tennis courts, fitness center, and a 2nd pool at the resort. There are two additional restaurants for eat-in or delivery to the villa. There is a laundry room down the hall from the villa. Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort offers everything on site to make your vacation one to remember and return to each year.

During the summer enjoy Monday night movies and Wednesday evening karaoke at the pool. Enjoy lunch, dinner or drinks at Jamaica Joez beach bar and dinner or drinks at Coconutz Sports bar. Bike rentals available at the resort.



Hilton Head Island has 100+ miles of biking and hiking trails to get around the island without a car. Bike riding on the beach is also a plus.
