When your concerns were reported, we did offer to send someone out immediately to assess and address the issues; however, this was declined. The following day, our team conducted a full inspection of the property and did not find any evidence of bed bugs. All bedding, including sheets, pillows, and blankets, were found to be clean, and no concerns such as dead bugs or cobwebs were observed in the home. We always aim to resolve concerns as quickly as possible during a guest’s stay and encourage real-time communication so we can assist promptly.
