Our beautiful ranch-style home features three bedrooms and two bathrooms and sleeps up to 10. Welcome to our charming 1973 home, blending a classic interior with modern updates. Meticulously maintained over the years, this residence boasts updated finishes throughout a spacious, light-filled living area, perfect for relaxed family living and entertaining. Enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evenings on the inviting covered front and back porches overlooking a beautifully manicured, fully
fenced 0.41-acre lot. Step outside to your private oasis featuring an in-ground pool—ideal for cooling off on warm summer days. Whether hosting a backyard gathering or enjoying a quiet moment outdoors, every detail has been thoughtfully cared for.

NOTE: weekly maintenance and cleaning are performed on our pool. The pool services do not take long and will not disrupt your stay. We will need access to the yard/pool area if you stay with us on service day. Thanks for understanding!

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

The Neighborhood:
Escape to our charming Columbus, GA haven, located in a neighborhood known for its tranquility and convenient location. This property offers the perfect base for exploring the city, with shopping, dining, and entertainment options all within a short drive.

Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
