This large 5 bedroom home by Canyon lake has a guest house in the back , very large spacious outdoor patio. Sleeps up to 12 guests at a time. This home has probably one of the largest privately owned arcades near the lake all free to play in a large theater theme game room , perfect for kids. In addition this home is extremely close to Canyon Lake and only 1/2 mile to the Turkey Cove boat ramp and neighborhood pool as well as 1 mile to the lakes HOA lake access gate , and 4 miles to the Horseshoe on The Guadeloupe River one of the most popular tubing spots on the river. This home is on a 1/2 acre of land where deer can often be seen roaming and offers nearly 2000 sq ft of space with its additional guest house in the back section of the property allowing for addition guest space. This property is well suited for large groups of friends or family. Come enjoy one of the most beautiful parts of Texas. Message me for special deals and discounts. Very good guests , for a large group with many kids it’s hard to keep a house this size clean and they did a good job keeping the home clean . They helped out with some of the laundry which was a big help , very polite and easy to work with . I definitely recommend and hope they will come to stay again ✨🕊️

Our stay way unforgettable. The home was absolutely gorgeous and the surroundings matched the home. The host was very attentive and respectfully responded to every message in a timely manner. What a great house! It is clean and thoughtfully put together. Big spacious back yard, quiet neighborhood. The arcade was a hit with both the adults and the kids. Very nostalgic for me. Overall, one of my favorite rentals. Steve is a fantastic host, very accommodating and welcoming. Would highly recommend!

Probably one of the best guests and groups we’ve had all year . Very quiet . They seemed to figured things out on their own . House was left in very good condition , they even helped with the towels which is probably the biggest thing that slows down cleaning . They were all around the perfect guests and easy to work with . The stay was absolutely perfect. We were able to plan everything based off the photos. The house was super clean. The host was very communicative and beyond nice. A lot of guests message with a lot of questions but as I quickly found out Connie and her group were veterans at coming to our area and seemed to figure things out on their own . We had a wonderful stay in Canyon Lake while celebrating my birthday with family! The location was beautiful and peaceful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The home was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Our host was incredibly sweet and very communicative, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Steven was a wonderful host and made sure we had everything we needed for our week long stay. He went above and beyond and was very quick to respond if we had any questions or needed anything. The house was clean and had plenty of space for our family. The boys loved the entertainment room and arcade games. They also had lots of fun in the nice backyard feeding and naming all the deer. The location seemed to be central to all the places we wanted to go. There is so much to do in the area. We would definitely recommend and I'm sure we'll be back!

This was the picture perfect model guest group . A pleasure and joy to have . We have run into a drought in the hill country and I asked if they could please water a couple of the plants that are having a rough time and they did . They helped with the towels which was a massive help and left the home in a clean and tidy condition . Model guests , easy to communicate with , and very clean , I highly highly recommend this family or group ✨🙋‍♂️
