This large 5 bedroom home by Canyon lake has a guest house in the back , very large spacious outdoor patio. Sleeps up to 12 guests at a time. This home has probably one of the largest privately owned arcades near the lake all free to play in a large theater theme game room , perfect for kids. In addition this home is extremely close to Canyon Lake and only 1/2 mile to the Turkey Cove boat ramp and neighborhood pool as well as 1 mile to the lakes HOA lake access gate , and 4 miles to the Horseshoe on The Guadeloupe River one of the most popular tubing spots on the river. This home is on a 1/2 acre of land where deer can often be seen roaming and offers nearly 2000 sq ft of space with its additional guest house in the back section of the property allowing for addition guest space. This property is well suited for large groups of friends or family. Come enjoy one of the most beautiful parts of Texas. Message me for special deals and discounts. We had an amazing stay at this Canyon Lake VRBO. The home was extremely clean, beautifully maintained, and the host was very responsive throughout our trip. My family especially loved the games, the fun 1970s-style arcade machines, and watching the deer around the property — we highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay again!

This was the best stay I’ve ever had at a VRBO property. The host was quick to reply and helpful. There were a bunch of little surprises like candy and cookies as well as a bottle of wine that really gave me and my guests a great welcome.

Wonderful group very nice . For such a large group they managed to keep the place pretty clean , they helped with the towels which was a huge help . Over all good communication , no problems at all . I would definitely have them again and hope they will come stay again ✨🕊️

The stay exceeded expectations. The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Communication from the host was timely, clear, and reliable throughout the entire stay. The welcome treats were a thoughtful touch and made arrival feel personalized.Access to the water required a bit of a walk, but it’s a very short drive if preferred. Overall, a strong experience with attention to detail and solid host support.

Great guests this time for them they were entertaining a bunch of kids and it’s difficult to keep a house clean with so many kids but they managed well . They seems to figure things out well , no complaints and very good communication . All around good guests and I recommend to other hosts ✨🕊️

This guest was a model guest and problaby the top 5 guests I’ve had . They contacted me ealry on in the stay to let me know that the toilet handle had broken . This is something very rare as usually I’m just left to find something like that out myself . They had very very good communication throughout their stay . They helped clean and do some of the laundry which was a huge help and very much appreciated. They were very clean and left the home in great condition . Overall a 10 out of 10 guest the type of guest hosts can only dream of having . I highly recommend this guest and her group and hope they will come to stay again ✨🕊️

Very good guests , for a large group with many kids it’s hard to keep a house this size clean and they did a good job keeping the home clean . They helped out with some of the laundry which was a big help , very polite and easy to work with . I definitely recommend and hope they will come to stay again ✨🕊️

What an amazing house and location! The host really provides everything you need to cook and stay with ease. The house is beautifully decorated and of course all the games in game room and in backyard make for a wonderful and fun experience. Lots of parking and Checkout was easy with a minimal to do list which was so nice. We will definitely try to book this property again. We had 12 in our group and we all fit comfortably. Host was amazing and very responsive. Thank you for a great weekend!!

Our stay way unforgettable. The home was absolutely gorgeous and the surroundings matched the home. The host was very attentive and respectfully responded to every message in a timely manner. What a great house! It is clean and thoughtfully put together. Big spacious back yard, quiet neighborhood. The arcade was a hit with both the adults and the kids. Very nostalgic for me. Overall, one of my favorite rentals. Steve is a fantastic host, very accommodating and welcoming. Would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our weekend stay. The back porch is very relaxing we spent most of our time back there. The arcade was so cool and nostalgic! We were very pleased with this stay!

Family friendly, alot of entertainment! Close to about everything but far enough out and by the lake for a relaxing stay the kids absolutely loved. Kitchen well stocked/equipped. Just a great place, will be back!

Dusty and their group were model guests . I almost couldn’t tell anyone even stayed . Very quiet , easy to communicate with , left the house in great shapes and even helped out with the dish washer and some laundry . I highly recommend Dusty and their group and hope they come to stay again in the future

Probably one of the best guests and groups we’ve had all year . Very quiet . They seemed to figured things out on their own . House was left in very good condition , they even helped with the towels which is probably the biggest thing that slows down cleaning . They were all around the perfect guests and easy to work with . The stay was absolutely perfect. We were able to plan everything based off the photos. The house was super clean. The host was very communicative and beyond nice. Outside was beautiful and the deer there were so cute. We will 100% be staying here again. Thank you guys for providing a place that was absolutely perfect for what we needed.

Family trip

This was an awesome house to stay at. The hosts had a plethora of dishes and cookware and the game room was icing on the cake. The hosts were so sweet and responsive. I’ll be coming back here next year!

Connie and her group were model guests , very clean , very easy to communicate with in coordinating the initial trip . A lot of guests message with a lot of questions but as I quickly found out Connie and her group were veterans at coming to our area and seemed to figure things out on their own . Connie and her group helped out with dishes and stripping the beds which was also a big help . Awesome group , I highly recommend and hope they will come to stay again ✨🕊️

We had a great time on our family vacation the house was beautiful. We all enjoyed the video games and the deer were awesome they would come up and eat the deer corn right out of our hands

Wonderful much needed getaway!

We had such a great time here. The deer feedings and everything was such a cool experience. So close to everything, so location was so convenient!! Beautiful and clean home, and incredibly nice neighbors. The best experience, we will be back!
