This spacious, two story home provides functionality without compromising on luxury. Featuring 6-bedrooms, 9 beds & 4-baths, the home comfortably sleeps 15+ people, making it ideal for large group gatherings, families, or business retreats.

The kitchen area features an open-concept design and is fully stocked with table settings for 16, high quality cookware, a drip coffee maker, pantry staples like spices, olive oils, and all essentials needed for hosting a large event or preparing an intimate dinner.

The living room features a 65-inch smart TV and generous seating, making it an ideal space for watching the big game or hosting team-building gatherings. Each television is equipped with an Amazon Fire Stick, and streaming platforms such as Disney+, Netflix, and YouTube

The basement recreation room also includes a 43' smart TV, seating for large groups and a wet bar for hosting.

The covered three-season deck includes outdoor furniture, 55" smart TV, a gas Napoleon BBQ, and a hammock for ultimate relaxation. The backyard space is fully landscaped with a play structure and room for the kids to run. In addition, the yard features a full-scale organic garden that guests can pick from for their dining pleasure.

During your stay, you’ll be provided with fresh towels, toiletries, and all the essentials to help you feel at home. Each bed has been thoughtfully selected and prepared with comfort-focused linens to support a restful sleep. If there’s anything special you need, please let us know—we’re always happy to assist and make your stay as comfortable as possible.

As parents who travel often with children, our home is well stocked with kitchen essentials, highchair, a pack and play, toys, night lights, a stroller, baby monitors, and a kid-friendly backyard that includes a playset and sand area.

Bedroom 1: Includes a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and attached ensuite with a soaker tub and custom tile shower.

Bedroom 2: Includes two double beds.

Bedroom 3: Includes a king-size bed.

Bedroom 4: Includes a queen over queen bunk.

Bedroom 5: Includes a queen over queen bunk.

Bedroom 6: Includes a queen bed. This room is main floor accessible

There is a designated working space with a large desk and high-speed internet.

Laundry items include washer and dryer, ironing board and iron.

The attached garage offers parking space for two vehicles in addition to two driveway parking stalls and street parking.

This home is located in a well-established, newly developed neighborhood close to many connecting bike/walking paths and various amenities, including restaurants, a grocery store, pharmacy, many coffee shops, an indoor swimming pool, spray pad, and other essential businesses.

Distance to other Regina attractions include Mosaic stadium/REAL district/Cooperators center (17 min) Wascana lake (10 min), RCMP Heritage museum (20 min) Science Center/IMAX (10 min) and the Royal Saskatchewan museum (10 min), Wascana Golf Club (10 min) Royal Regina Golf Club (20 min).
