Cordova Street has a way of slowing time down - wide canopy oaks, the faint sound of horse-drawn carriages a block over, and a 1922 duplex that has been quietly holding its place in St. Augustine's oldest neighborhood for over a century. When you rent the entire property, both the upstairs and downstairs units are yours: two front porches, a shared private backyard, and all the room your group needs to spread out without losing each other. Sorry, no pets.
 
The property
This is a two-story duplex with two fully self-contained units - one downstairs and one upstairs - each with its own private street entrance, 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, a complete kitchen, and a living area. The units do not connect internally, making this layout well-suited to two families or a larger group that wants shared access to outdoor spaces while keeping their own private quarters. Each unit sleeps up to 4 guests across 2 queen beds, and a pack 'n play is available for families traveling with little ones.
 
Sleeping arrangements
Each unit has 2 bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed, quality bed linens, hangers, and ample storage. The pack 'n play is available on request for younger guests.
 
Kitchen & dining
Both kitchens are fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cooking basics, dishes, and silverware - everything your group needs to cook and eat in. A dining table in each unit means everyone has a proper place to sit down together.
 
Living & entertainment
Each unit has a comfortable living area with an HDTV, dedicated workspace, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Whether you are winding down after a day of exploring or catching up on work between sightseeing, both units have you covered.
 
Outdoor spaces
Two large front porches - one per level - give you a classic perch on Cordova Street. The lower porch features swing chairs, while the upper level offers lounge seating. Each unit has its own washer and dryer located on the back porch. When you rent the entire property, the backyard is private - with Adirondack chairs, a BBQ grill, and barbecue utensils available for the group's use. Free parking on premises is included.
 
Location
The Castillo de San Marcos, St. Augustine's cobblestone streets, boutique shops, art galleries, and some of the city's best dining are all within easy walking distance. Self check-in via keypad means there is no waiting around on arrival - just head straight in and settle into one of Florida's most storied addresses.
