THE PROXIMITY: If you are looking for a PRIME central location, where you can walk in just minutes to all of St. Augustine's most sought after attractions and venues, look no further! Coming for a wedding? Most of St. Augustine's downtown venues can be reached by foot within 10 minutes: The Lighter Museum, The Treasury, Flagler College, the Ice Plant, Casa Monica Hotel, the White Room, and many more!
THE SPACE: The home sleeps 6 very comfortably in 1 King, 1 Queen and 2 Twin beds. The kitchen is equipped for entertaining and cooking together for a great night in! The TV in the living room is a Smart TV, so simply login to your Netflix, Hulu or HBO account to enjoy your favorite movies and shows. Linens and towels are included.
OPEN LIVING: The kitchen is situated adjacent to the living and dining area so everyone can be together whether lounging, dining or cooking! We outfit the kitchen with one roll of paper towels, a few starter trash bags and dishwasher pods for your first couple of days.
LAYOUT:
MASTER BEDROOM: Has a Queen size bed. Off of the attached hallway is a full bathroom with shower/tub combo.
SECOND BEDROOM: Has a King size bed. Off of the attached hallway is the 3rd bedroom and the other guest bathroom with shower/tub combo and the laundry closet.
THIRD BEDROOM: Located in the same hallway as the 2nd bedroom. Has two twin beds and desk/vanity area with 2 chairs.
LAUNDRY: We offer a laundry closet with washer and dryer, starter laundry pods, iron and ironing board and some basic cleaning supplies for your convenience.
PARKING: If parking with care, 3 small vehicles or 2 large vehicles can be parked in the driveway in front of the house.
HISTORIC DOWNTOWN ST. AUGUSTINE: Just a 5 minute walk to the most popular historic downtown St. Augustine attractions! You are situated in the heart of it all. Take a tour, enjoy the rich Spanish history, the architecture, the food and craft cocktails and all that our pleasant waterfront town has to offer. Contact me for lots of insider local recommendations on what NOT to miss!
BEACHSIDE FUN IN THE SUN: Our beaches are unparalleled! We really know how to enjoy what nature has blessed us with here in our quaint little St. Augustine Beach. This home is situated 10-15 min drive from either Vilano Beach or St. Augustine Beach! You can also drive to one of the public beach accesses on St. Augustine Beach to park and walk on.
TURN IT UP: Want to live on the edge? There are rental shops nearby where you can rent surfboards, paddle boards, snorkeling gear, you name it! Deep sea fishing charters and boat rentals are also available in multiple places throughout town. Delivery bike rentals available via a local company. Contact me for recommendations.
LAUNDRY SERVICE: We have laundry machines in the house but on vacation, it's up to you if you want to do laundry at all! If you would like to partake, our brand new commercial laundromat The Queen's Laundry is offering pick up and drop off wash-dry-fold service to the St. Augustine area. The cost is per pound and they will work out payment with you directly. They simply ask for 1 day's advanced notice for a pickup request and a 24 hour turnaround time for completing and returning your laundry. Ask us for more information!

SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $99. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $1000 of damage. You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage ($99 for $1000, $149 for $1500, $199 for $2000 and so on and so forth). *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($500, $1000, $1500, etc) is not the max that you are responsible for. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements.

The Neighborhood:
There is so much to explore in the neighborhood!
Most of my favorite local hot spots are in this part of town and within a 5 minute walk of the front door! To name a few: Blue Hen Cafe, Crave Food Truck, Ice Plant, Dog Rose Brewery, the views at Lake Maria Sanchez, and walking down Charlotte Street and St. George Street to take in the gorgeous turn-of-the-century homes.
Just a few minutes walk north is historic King Street, where you can explore the most beautiful college campus in all of Florida, Flagler College! Just a block away is St. George Street, which is known for it's amazing shopping and restaurants! Nearby, picturesque Aviles Street is an art-collector's dream! Also located in this area are most of St. Augustine's special event venues like The Lightner Museum, The White Room, The Treasury and The Government House. I am more than happy to give recommendations. You will have an amazing time!
Getting Around:
We recommend renting a car to get around, or there are local pedi-cabs you can call to pick you up if you're only traveling a short distance downtown.
Other Things to Note:
Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
WEEKLY SERVICES: There are various service providers that visit and maintain the exterior of the property on a weekly basis and the days they visit vary from week to week. These services include lawn care, exterior pest control, trash handling and where applicable, pool and spa cleaners. Some properties may have other specialty service providers. If you see them outside, they are just on site to do their job and keep the home in its best condition for the enjoyment of our guests.
LOST AND FOUND ITEMS: We charge a $50 minimum to ship forgotten items, which must be paid in advance. For heavier items, we ask that you pre-pay the $50 and we will acquire any additional shipping cost and bill this to you accordingly + 25% service fee.
Interaction with Guests:
I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I'm only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self checkin upon arrival.
