Thank you for your review, Glad you enjoyed your stay.

The bedroom is accessed exactly as described in the listing. Guests enter through a private, fenced gate, walk approximately 12–15 feet along the private yard path, and arrive at their own private entrance. This is clearly in the listing description. The broom and mop you mentioned are standard cleaning supplies provided in a self-contained suite and are neatly stored away. I have no idea what "sticks" you are referring to, as there are none. This is not an old building, and there are no old carpets or worn furniture that could produce the odor you described. As soon as you raised your concern, I came to the suite immediately to inspect it myself and found no unusual smell. Despite that, I still offered you a full refund if you were genuinely unhappy with the accommodation. I did not agree to a partial refund because I had no reason to compensate for an issue I could not verify while you continued to occupy the property. Anyone reading this review can compare it with the property's recent photos and the many recent reviews from other guests, which accurately reflect the condition and quality of the accommodation.

Thank you for your review, liked the idea of adding a dresser to the suite.
