You truly can have it all in this wonderfully spacious tri-level vacation villa just steps away from Harbour Town Golf Club and all the shopping, dining and excitement of Harbour Town.
Entry is through either the covered carport, which brings you in past a washer and dryer for convenience, or through the towering courtyard offering sun-dappled splendor.
At the heart of the home, the grand open living space offers a wealth of lush natural lighting from windows that surround you with heavenly landscaped views. To one end, a sofa, loveseat and armchairs face a massive flat-screen TV flanked by walls of sliding glass. To the other, a wide mottled granite center island with bar seating for three transitions to an exquisitely updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances.
A nearby dining room offers seating for six amid mirrored spaciousness, as well as one of two entries to the dazzling rear patio, with al fresco seating for four and a grill for outdoor cooking.
Located up stairs to one end, the guest rooms each offer their own unique take on Lowcountry comforts. At the first landing, we find two lushly comfortable suites. In one, a king-size bed anchors a space with ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, private balcony overlooking the central courtyard, and en suite bath with tub and shower. In another, two double beds enjoy a private balcony, flat-screen TV, ceiling fan and private bath with walk-in shower.
A further two suites can be found on the top floor, just past a cozy balcony soaring above the courtyard. Both grandly spacious, you’ll find a king-size bed in one along with a flat-screen TV, ceiling fan and en suite with tub and shower.
