Family Time On Paradise

Our whole family, 6 adults and 1 baby, enjoyed our weekend on Hilton Head Island at this beautiful, well appointed home. We all enjoy time in the pool, hanging out around the fire pit, dining and game playing at the generous sized dining table as well as lounging under the cabana with beverages. Each of the 3 couples liked having their own king sized bed and private bathroom. Also, having beach access at such close proximity made it easy to zip back home as the baby needed. Linda and Jay are the best communicators we’ve ever had through VRBO. BEST hosts ever!!!

Limited beach access

We have stayed at several houses on Hilton Head Island in the past few years - furnishings at this house were just ok. For example, the dining room chairs were very uncomfortable. The kitchen table was too small for our family and the chairs were uncomfortable. We could not, as a family, all comfortably sit down together for dinner. Kitchen was very small (2 people) and had few pots and pans of varying sizes. The master bedroom was very big but there was (again) no comfortable seating - just a bed. The landscaping in the pool area was beautiful however the pool had lots of debris in it when we arrived- we cleaned it with the net provided. The spa worked great! The art work inside the house was wonderfully, however the biggest drawback was the only access to the beach was a 10 minute bike ride (carrying beach chairs, toys etc - was not fun), or a 20 minute walk. There was no parking for a car to drop off grandparents at the beach. The only parking was at the beach club (limited parking) and a long walk to the beach. Not accessible for people with any mobility issues ( this includes young children who can not walk far) Through all this we made it work and had good weather and enjoyed our stay.

Amazing backyard

We had an amazing time at this property. We especially liked the backyard. The house was very clean and organized. It had everything we needed for the week. Any questions that we had were answered quickly. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay at this house again. Loved the owners!

Beach week with friends & babies

We had the best trip here with 2 other couples and our babies! The house is beautiful and was a perfect set up for our group - everyone had a great/comfortable room, there was lots of space for our babies to play, and the outdoor space with grill/pool/hot tubs was amazing. Hosts are super responsive/helpful - we had an issue with the pool that they took care of immediately. Easy bike ride to the beach. Everyone agreed - this place is even better than the pictures, and we’d all love to stay here again!

Beautiful Home & Location

Our stay here was amazing! We stayed in April and it was a little chilly. We're so happy we paid for the pool to be heated! Highly recommend that! We had 4 adults and 2 teens and the home was a perfect fit! Comfortable beds, couches, etc. this home had everything we needed including everything kitchen related. Check in & check out was super easy. I would definitely want to stay here again in the future!! A+ !!!

Classic Seas Pines Experience, Exceptional Outdoor Space

My family and I stayed at this property over Christmas 2023 and had an exceptional time. The home is a classic sea pines style but updated with furnishings and fixtures. The back yard is exceptional. The pool/spa combination was lovely and would be enjoyed year-round by any guest. The well appointed outdoor grilling area was nice, but would be in "full swing" in the summer months. The landlord stocks firewood for guest use in the outdoor fireplace which we made ample use of (and thoroughly enjoyed!). The property is located in the Baynard Cove area of Sea Pines, which effectively requires biking if you want to go to the beach, marina or Harbour Town. We knew this in advance of booking and did not find it to be inconvenient, but would call it out for families who have never stayed in Sea Pines. Simply walking to destinations would log quite a few miles! Overall we would certainly recommend this property to a friend and expect many others will have a lovely stay.

Early December Get Away

A property rental for three golfing couples, this was a great home to stay in. The kitchen included lots of gadgets and utensils/cutlery etc. The house was clean and inviting with lots of different areas to break out. Our only slightly negative feedback, is that we were disappointed to not have an option to recycle our plastics/glass or paper products, it appears all these products go into the general waste.

Beautiful Sea Pines property with amazing outdoor space

My family and I recently stayed at Kahuna Cove and our week there was perfect! This beautiful, well-equipped home is convenient to Harbour Town, South Beach and has walkable/bike-able beach access but we chose the property because of it's outdoor space. The backyard pool and cabana are amazing - our family enjoyed nightly swimming, cookouts and relaxing family time together. Just a great property!

Perfect outdoor area!

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute home! We rode bikes to the beach daily with our twins and loved the backyard area with a pool, hot tub, bonfire pit and outdoor bar. I would highly recommend!

Backyard paradise

This was our annual family vacation and second year at HHI/Seapines. We absolutely loved the cabana/pool/firepit. For the first time in 8 years, we purchased fresh seafood and prepared it ourselves. Why wouldn't you with the tv/stereo and awesome outside grill? We enjoyed the firepit at night and the private office came in handy for my kids who need to wrap up some details w buying their new home. The warm water takes a little bit of time to heat up but other than that, it was perfection. Beds are comfortable and so is the furniture. We had 8 deer visit and a beautiful blue heron. Loved seeing the wildlife. Seapines is so peaceful and quiet. We will be back next year!

Home has great floor plan for adults. The office area and separate den were an added bonus.

Overall stay was great. Home was beautifully decorated. There was early morning construction on one side of the house every day and a fairly loud dog on the other side. I’m sure that was a timing issue and should impact future guests. A little further to the beach than we expected but we used the Beach House and it was lovely.

Loved Kahuna Cove!!

Place was beautiful, just as advertised. We all felt at home. Property managers Jay and Linda were very attentive and prompt to address any issues. David from the pool service was also amazing. Would definitely come back to this home.
