The Space:
Settle into an easygoing, resort-side stay designed for comfort and convenience. This apartment sleeps 6 across three private bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom and TV—ideal for couples, families, or a small group that appreciates extra privacy.
Relax between outings on the balcony with outdoor seating, get a little work done at the laptop-friendly workspace, and stay connected with WiFi. You’ll also have the everyday essentials covered with an in-home washer and dryer. Two bedrooms open directly to a balcony, perfect for morning coffee or evening unwinding.

• Bathrooms: All three bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms as noted above. No additional half baths.
Important Things to Note
• Parking: Designated spot #1082 for 1 vehicle. Parking is permitted in marked spaces only—no parking on pine straw or in the street. Extra cars can be parked in Lot 1 (near the Sea Pines Greenwood Gate) with clearance from Sea Pines Security. No additional parking beyond what’s described.
• Sea Pines Gate Entry: A weekly Gate Entry Pass (GEP) fee is required and paid to the resort upon arrival. Casual Weekly Visitor – 2-axle vehicle: $30 per week (cash only). Please display the provided pass on your dashboard or rearview mirror for the duration of your stay.
• Elevator: There is an elevator in the building. It’s operated and maintained by building management and is typically available; however, any outages are outside our control. Stairs will be required if the elevator is unavailable. Use stairs in case of emergency.
• Washer/Dryer: A washer and dryer are located in the home.
• Pet Policy: This home is not pet friendly.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
