Set in an open-end unit in the highly popular Plantation Club villas, where the best of golf, tennis and beach adventures are just a short bike ride away, this beautiful PET FRIENDLY vacation getaway boasts fantastic golf views and a beautiful layout.
The open living space allows for marvelous views of the 9th hole at Atlantic Dunes by Davis Love III everywhere in the home. Set before this scenery, the great room exults in spaciousness, with armchairs and sofa arrayed before a large flat-screen TV. Just beyond, a formal dining room offers seating for six with gorgeous golf views. Sliders at either end of this main living space give way to a serene outdoor living area, with pebblestone patio, al fresco dining for two, gas grill and chaise lounges for soaking up the sun.
As effortlessly livable as it is beautiful, this home boasts a full gourmet kitchen with granite counters that wrap around a full suite of stainless-steel appliances. A hallway at one end gives way to a full laundry, utility yard and a half bath.
The blissfully comfortable guest suites can all be found on the second floor, just up the skylit floating staircase. The first sets a queen-size bed amid golf views, with a flat-screen TV, ceiling fan and en suite bath boasting dual vanities and a walk-in shower. The second offers a pair of twin beds in a space with flat-screen TV, ceiling fan and en suite bath with tub and shower.
Finally, the owners suite provides the full five-star resort experience with ample spaciousness, king size bed, ceiling fan, flat-screen TV and private patio overlooking the golf course.
