Step through the front door into a bright and airy open-concept layout with cathedral ceilings and expansive water views. The heart of the home includes a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a large pantry, and everything you need to prepare meals with ease. Enjoy breakfast in the nook or gather around the dining table for a group dinner. Afterward, unwind in the spacious living area with plush seating and smart TVs featuring YouTube TV and NFL Sunday Ticket.

Your stay includes comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 8 guests:
• Primary bedroom with a king bed, large TV, and en suite bathroom
• Guest bedroom 1 with a queen bed
• Guest bedroom 2 with a queen bed
• Office with a queen Murphy bed

Each bedroom is furnished with Tuft and Needle mattresses to ensure restful sleep. The home includes two full bathrooms, a dedicated laundry area with washer and dryer, central air conditioning, and strong WiFi throughout. Fitness enthusiasts will enjoy the Total Gym and elliptical machine, and families will appreciate extras like the Pack N Play.

Outside is where Gulfcoast Oasis really shines. The heated saltwater pool invites you to relax under the sun, while a hammock sways gently between palm trees. Fire up the grill in the custom outdoor kitchen—complete with a beer and wine fridge—then gather for dinner under the covered lanai with a fire table and comfortable seating.

The private dock is perfect for fishing or launching kayaks. It can also accommodate boats up to 32 feet. Keep an eye out for dolphins and manatees in the canal, or take a bike ride to nearby beaches and parks.

Beach days are easy thanks to beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers provided.
