The Sands Beach Apartment is part of one of Nelson’s most prestigious apartment complexes, just steps from Tahunanui Beach. Enjoy stylish, fully furnished comfort with views and secure, drive-on access.
The apartment comes fully furnished and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay - whether you're here for a romantic getaway, a workcation, or simply some time away.
You’re just a short walk from cafés, restaurants, and the beach, with public transport right outside for easy access to Nelson, the airport, or Richmond. A relaxed and convenient base for your time in Nelson.
The Sands Beach Apartment is ideal for couples, traveling friends or small families. It's proximity to Nelson's recreational hub surrounding Tahunanui Beach makes this an especially attractive option for many.
**Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Bedroom (Sleeps up to 4):
>King bed with built-in wardrobe.
>The sofa in the lounge can be set up as a Double bed by early request.

Car parking - dedicated secure garaging is provided for 1 standard vehicles. Max. vehicle height for entry to the garage is 2m.
Elevator access - easy elevator access is provided.
Noise in the area - The waterfront road is busy & all properties within this area are subject to some road noise. The apartment is elevated & has been well insulated for your comfort.
Security cameras - For safety and security, surveillance cameras operate in the building's common and public areas. A camera is also mounted above the apartment entrance door, facing the parking area.
**Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation**:
- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival).
- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), you’ll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process.
- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and you’ll pay no more than 30% of the booking total.
- Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, we’ll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates.
- A Rental Agreement document is provided as part of the booking process. Please refer to the agreement for full terms and conditions. :-)
