The door to the 4th bedroom area can be closed to create a private en suite setting as well. A modern open floor plan is perfect for entertaining, enjoying amazing water views and taking in the local wildlife such as Osprey, Pelicans, Herons, Tarpon, Snook, Stingrays and Manatees.

This stunning property features accommodations for 10, beautiful furnishings, a modern open floor plan, and ample outdoor entertaining spaces located within walking distance to beautiful Sombrero Beach. No Pets. No smoking. Preferable bookings are Saturday to Saturday, 7 night minimum.

The large patio off the second floor living space is perfect for morning coffee, outdoor dining or evening cocktails while the poolside Cabana offer outdoor seating for enjoyment after a dip in the pool or a long wonderful day on the boat.

Enjoy the brand-new pool with a large sun shelf, resort style umbrellas and lounge chairs. There is an option to be able to heat if desired for a fee (see below). There is plenty of pool loungers and seating under the tiki as well as seating around a fire pit.

A Cabana bath is located near-by for your convenience as well as an enclosed outdoor shower for that tropical island experience.

The brand new T-dock will accommodate up to a 25 ft boat. The boat lift is not for use. You can enjoy gorgeous views or even do a little fishing. The ladder allows you to launch a paddle board or kayak, one of each is available for your use.

Inside, there is an extra large island with seating and an induction cook top with retractable exhaust fan. New stainless steel appliances throughout including a beverage cooler for your entertaining convenience. Additional seating is available at the bar top and the dining table seats 6. The two living spaces offer plenty of comfortable room to watch TV or admire the water views and sunsets.

Each bedroom has its own 55" TV. There are 3 bedrooms on the second level. The king bedroom has a large en suite with glass enclosed rain head shower. The second guest bedroom has 2 Queen beds with en suite and 2 sink vanity with tub/shower combination. The third bedroom has a Queen bed with built-ins, and the ability to close the door to create a private suite with a shower bathroom. The third floor Master suite offers a king bed, private sitting area to enjoy the views or watch a little TV. The private bath has an extra large shower with dual shower heads and rain head, a separate Jacuzzi tub, dual sink vanities as well as a large walk-in closet.

Other amenities include: Wifi, cable, land line phone, central air conditioning, washer & dryer, dishwasher, bait freezer, barbecue grill, there are (2) outdoor camera for security, fully appointed kitchen, all linens and towels are provided, and more!
