First Floor

The entry level is built with both fun and function in mind.

You’ll find a bunk room with three queen beds and a private en-suite bathroom — ideal for kids, teens, or extra guests.

There’s also a large flex room with a washer and dryer for convenience and an indoor scuba and fishing equipment wash-down station, with doors leading directly outside for easy access to the dock and water.



Second Floor

Upstairs, the heart of the home opens up with soaring ceilings and a bright, open layout designed for gathering and entertaining.

The gourmet kitchen features two drip coffee makers, a Keurig, a gas stove, double ovens, and two dishwashers — fully equipped for large family meals or dinner with friends.

The adjoining dining area seats up to 17 guests, while the spacious living room and bar area with wine fridge provide the perfect spots to unwind and connect.



This floor also includes:

• 5 King bedrooms, each with private en-suite bathrooms and direct patio access

• 1 bedroom with 2 Full beds and private balcony access

• A hallway bathroom with a tub and double sinks

• Two additional washer/dryer sets for total convenience



The wraparound porch extends your living space outdoors, giving every guest a chance to take in the ocean breeze and tropical views.



Outdoor Oasis

The Grander’s outdoor spaces are where laid-back luxury meets Keys adventure. Spend your days lounging by the resort-style pool, cooking up fresh catches on the Blackstone and grill, or enjoying a meal at the outdoor dining tables. Relax on the porch swing or outdoor couches while watching the sun dip low over the water.





For boaters and anglers, The Grander is a dream come true. The 80-foot dock offers deepwater access and comes equipped with:

Full-service dock shore station with 30 amp and 50 amp options



Ice maker (300lbs) and deep freezer to keep your bait fresh and drinks cold



Boat lift is not for guest use

Location

Nestled in Marathon, Florida Keys, The Grander is walking distance to Coco Plum Beach, one of the area’s most peaceful stretches of sand. From sunrise walks to sunset cocktails, everything about this home embodies the soul of island living.



The Grander isn’t just a vacation rental — it’s a Keys experience worthy of its name. With space for up to 14 guests, luxury amenities, and unmatched access to the water, it’s where families and friends come together to write their own legendary stories.

* Pool heat/chill is available for an additional $200 per week (plus tax), and $28.57 per additional day (plus tax) thereafter. Please note that pool heat/chill temperature is not guaranteed, and no refunds will be issued if the pool does not reach a specific temperature.

*Seasonal Seaweed Notice: Like much of the Florida Keys, our canal can experience seaweed at certain times of the year. On the ocean side, this usually happens in summer/fall while gulf-side canals see it more in winter/spring. It’s a natural part of the area and may affect the canal during your stay.
