Building Notice: The association is currently completing a concrete improvement and exterior painting project throughout the complex, which is expected to continue through mid-November. Most activity is concentrated near Building 1, the south oceanfront building (home to Units 1, 3, 4, 7, and 15), though work may take place in other areas of the property as the project progresses. Guests may experience occasional daytime construction noise and may notice workers or equipment on site.

​​​​​​​Following Labor Day, the association will also begin a 6-week exterior painting project throughout the complex. Painting activities will take place in phases, and guests may notice painters and equipment on site as work progresses.

Excellent apartment, one of the best that I had stayed in this apartment complex. The location is great, property is right in the beach and it is very quiet. Walking distance to downtown Cocoa beach or grab the car, park downtown and explore the rest. It is a bit far to walk to the Ron Jon surf shop area but is doable. The apartment is described, it is a clean, spacious and comfortable place

We had a great stay! The condo was just as pictured and overall well stocked. The grounds are well kept and clean. The people were very friendly. The host was responsive.

The perfect winter getaway

We loved staying in cocoa beach at Rhonda’s condo. The ground floor condo was just steps from the pool and the beach. The unit was super clean, well decorated and so comfortable. I’d gladly stay here again! Thanks for a nice stay

Great Location!

The condo is perfect for a beach vacation. First floor makes access to the beach and the pool area effortless. The beach was never crowded and we enjoyed watching the dolphins and the surfers. The condo was comfortable and well appointed. We had everything we needed to cook meals. Easy walk to many restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

This had everything for our young family!

Clean, spacious and close walk to the beach, location was everything we hoped for and more. We could even see our kids playing in the pool still if we needed to step into the condo for something. It’s Close to many stores and restaurants (we had a car). This place had beach toys, chairs, and an umbrella. It was the perfect choice, I’d for sure stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay. This is our second time staying in this condo and will stay again in the future. We recommend this beautiful property to anyone looking to stay in the Cocoa Beach area. Delightful property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay at this delightful property. The decor was bright and new, and the beds were comfortable. The patio is just a few steps from the walkway to the lovely beach. Rotation is ideal for anything you would want to do in the Cocoa Beach area. Highly recommend this property.

Beautifully updated condo steps from the beach

Perfect condo, beautifully updated and well furnished. Appreciated the beach chairs and other little touches. Was perfect for a girls weekend away but would also work perfectly for a family of four. You won't be disappointed with this one!

Nice Condo

We came in for our daughter’s softball tournament and some beach time. Unit is updated, clean, and very comfortable. Very easy access to the pool and the beach. Being on the first floor was great! Beach wasn’t crowded at all despite being peak season, and we got a special treat with easy viewing of a SpaceX launch. Would stay here again.

Relaxing Family Time

The place is just as pictured. The location is very convenient and within walking distance to stores and restaurants. Being on the ground floor and a corner unit was very nice. There was a small hiccup with check in but it wasn’t the host’s fault. We are looking forward to staying again

I am sorry that you had problems with the dryer, I was not aware there was a problem. Thank you for letting me know. I have had someone look at it and it is working fine now, it was a setting on the dryer control panel.

Amazing place on a beautiful beach!

This place is fantastic! I would book again in a heartbeat. Excellent location, easy walk to the beach in minutes, pool right outside your door. Brand new everything. Comfy beds. If I could give it more than five stars I would. As someone else already said, don't even think about it, just book it. You won't be sorry. And Whisk and Grind, next store is great for breakfast and lunch, best coffee in town!

Perfect condo on the beach!

We had a different condo booked and the night before we arrived they cancelled, and we were so happy they did! This condo was PERFECT! I booked it the night before and everything worked out for the absolute best. Don’t even give a second look, book this condo! Clean, fresh, updated, comfortable, and an awesome location! I could go on and on. I’m picky and I couldn’t have been happier!!
