Totalmente amueblado condominio frente al mar directa. Cama superior de almohada tamaño Queen y un sofá cama que se acomoda a 4 personas cómodamente. Este hermoso apartamento está equipado con un tamaño completo de cocina de acero inoxidable que tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar incluyendo ollas y sartenes, platos, tostadora, cafetera, microondas, paños de cocina y jabón. Lavadora / secadora en la unidad para que no arrastre su ropa a una lavandería. Condo también está equipado con un televisor de pantalla plana de 32 HDTV. ¿Por qué meter a ti mismo en un hotel cuando estás pasos del océano? Ubicado en el centro de Cocoa Beach a poca distancia a pie de muchos restaurantes y lugares de entretenimiento.

3rd time here

We return here because it’s a lovely condo right on the beach within walking distance of great restaurants, entertainment/bands, and shopping. Great location. And the host is very responsive and willing to help whenever needed.

Great place!

This condo is in a great location. Right on the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants downtown. It was our second stay at this property. Very clean and comfortable. Will be back!

great location to the town. down far enough so you don't hear the party scene. short walk to the beach. perfect size for a short vacation. very clean. can walk to all the different shops and restaurant's.

Fantastic location

This property was a fantastic location. Direct beach access. Walking distance To many local restaurants and shops. The host was more than accommodating to give specific directions to get to the property. Please follow their directions closely. It is tricky to get in. Everything I was looking for a weekend getaway.

Relaxing, convent, and quiet.

Felt very at home. Was very private. Location was very convenient. We had our 7 yr old grandson wirh us and it was perfect. My grandson slept in the living room on a chair that folded out to a nice sice cot/bed .Was stocked with anything you could possibly need. The very short walk to the beach was even nice. We rarely saw or heard anyone, once back at our room. Most definitely want to go back.

We loved everything about this little condo. The location was terrific within walking distance to restaurants and close to the beach. We spent a lot of time at the Kennedy space Center, which is an easy drive and watched a rocket launch. Fantastic location. Very clean and a wonderfully stocked kitchen.

Hidden Gem

My bestie and I stayed for the weekend and we were looking for a great girl time getaway. This place did not disappoint! It's conveniently located in an area where all the action is going on. Also it's right on the beach. We laid out in the backyard where there is a little extra privacy from the families and beachgoers but there is a nice little yard of St Augustine grass out back. The two high chairs were perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee at sunrise or a cocktail when it is too hot to be on the beach. All of the kitchen amenities are fully stocked. Plenty of towels, paper products and cool AC. Things that would have made the experience a little better would be a cart to use for taking beach gear onto the sand, a nightstand on the rt side of the bed and lighting under the cabinets in the bedroom. This unit is amazing and we hope to be back very soon. There is a long mirror in the bedroom which is a big bonus for girls going out on the town.

Great Location

It was just my wife and I so it was the perfect size. For this unit, we only needed to walk about 50 ft to the beach path. If you are there on a weeknight then you will have some noise from the nearby clubs and bars from the music but it's not too bad. We would stay again for sure.

Perfect location

I reserved this several months before arrival because I had business on the dates and wanted to be on the beach. It was perfect! Great location and the owner was very helpful.

Beach vacation

My wife and I had a great vacation at the condo. It was walking distance to everything. The air conditioning worked great the bed was comfortable. You could see the sunrise from the slider. It was a trip of a lifetime. Everything was perfect. Thank you so much for the use of your wonderful condo.

Great little place for 2

The condo is perfect for 2, the AC could be a little better and the yard furniture was not very comfortable or clean. The condo assn does a poor job of upkeep to the property. The walk way to the beach is over grown and broken down. Great location to stores and restaurants within walking distance.

Great Little Getaway!

This is the second time we have stayed here, and it did not disappoint! It has been updated a bit recently, and is the perfect place for a romantic beach week! Will definitely stay again.

Beach Getaway

The condo was absolutely wonderful! The condo sat right on the beach as listed. Marcia thought of everything. They had everything we needed for our day at the beach - chairs, coolers, beach towels, a bike, beach bag, and more. The cabinet by the bathroom was stocked with miscellaneous items that came in handy like sunscreen, toiletries, even deodorant. The bed was comfortable as well. We LOVED the location. We were able to walk to Coconuts on the Beach and the Salty Bagel (highly recommend trying). Parking was easy. All around great place to stay! One of the best hosts I’ve had in a while.

Perfect Location / excellent property

We had a great stay, the location is perfect close to everything, but go a little down the beach and you are away from crowd. The unit was clean and layout was very good. Communication with manager was easy and she was quick to reply. Thanks for a great week. Coconuts on the beach is great for lunch or supper.

Great place!

Loved the building right in downtown, you dont have direct beach access you have a 3 min walk on concrete but you do have a beach view from the back porch. We grilled and cooked while we were there and didnt need to bring anything but the food. Very clean and owner was very responsive.

Just like it was explained, walk right out the back door to the beach. Kind of in a weird spot, I didn’t know you could drive back there, but host explained fine and we followed instructions and it was a great weekend getaway. Had all the beach amenities we needed so we didn’t have to buy or pack any. Would definitely stay again.
