BRAND NEW Apartment with all the comfort that you need to feel at home, a PERFECT STAYCATION for family and friends. Our well-designed bedroom mixes natural wood and stone with organic textures, along with state-of-the-art technology.
The fully equipped Gourmet kitchen offers a stainless steel fridge, one glass stove, one integrated oven, a silent dishwasher, an integrated microwave, one stove, dishes, one coffee maker, and a toaster. Spacious bedroom with a hairdryer, an electronic safe within the suite, one iron/ironing board, and TVs. Bathroom is stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), towels and a hairdryer
Walking distance to numerous highly-rated Restaurants, Broadwalk, and Playground. Rooftop Infinity Pool and Lounge Area offer amazing ocean and Intracoastal views.

Located along North Ocean Drive in the lively community of Hollywood Beach, we put travelers at the heart of the action. Within walking distance of the famous Hollywood Beach "Broadwalk" and the beach, guests can enjoy EXCITING activities such as Jet Skiing, Fishing, Sailing, Biking, Golf, and more. Getting a tan, shopping all day, you name it; anything is possible in Hollywood Beach.
Hollywood Beach, Florida is made for sea lovers and sun lovers. There is no better way to experience the beach and the "Broadwalk" than by bicycle. At 2.5 miles, it is perfect for an informal stroll or a bike ride. Segway tours are also available along "Broadwalk". South Beach and Miami are a short drive from our complex.
Named one of the best beach footbridges in the United States by Travel + Leisure Magazine, the "Broadwalk" paved with bricks, as the locals affectionately call it, has two and a half miles of bars, restaurants, boutiques, and shops. With a small-town feel, Hollywood Beach is full of bars and restaurants that cannot be found anywhere else. For a truly local experience, you can't go wrong with The Le Tub Saloon, GG's Waterfront Grill, El Tayta and Taverna Opa.
Getting Around:
● From Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL):
There are 7.72 miles between FLL and Hollywood Beach.
● From Miami International Airport (MIA):
Hollywood Beach is 23.8 miles away from MIA.
In both cases, you can either take an Uber or rent a car at the Airport.
Other Things to Note:
●Registration fee: $50 (one time only).
●Parking is not included in the listing. No car needed but if you need a parking space: You can either park your car at the condo for $42 a day or you can issue a public parking pass for the whole month for only $110 plus taxes. With the public parking pass you can park on any street or city parking lot (300 Connecticut St).
●Pack and Play Crib available upon request.
●We are a pet-friendly property. We welcome one pet per unit for free! Let us know about additional pets—fees may apply.
The condo has a 25 lbs restriction (Doesn’t apply to ESA).
Please note the public beach and Boardwalk within the City of Hollywood Beach does not allow pets (service animals are still welcome!)
● Stay Sol is the exclusive operator of this property
●Security Deposit Hold: $100 (released upon check-out): $100 for private unit reservations.
● A processing fee of 3.12% will apply in the event of cancellation after full payment has been made
However, when a guest checks in, the system authorizes the card for the registration fee, resort fee and security deposit. After a couple days the security deposit is returned.
