Located in the classic, low density Seagull Beach Resort, it’s just a 1 minute walk along the path to the powdery white sand and clear Caribbean Sea.

With a prime West Bay Road location near shops, restaurants, and Camana Bay, it’s ideal for couples or solo travelers who want a comfortable beach base and the ability to walk almost everywhere.

LIVING AREA & INTERIOR FEATURES

The condo is turnkey and professionally managed, designed for a relaxed, modern stay. The open plan living and dining area offers comfortable seating and a large smart HDTV with cable plus popular streaming apps.

A fully equipped kitchen includes a 4 burner glass stovetop, full oven, fridge/freezer, drip coffee maker, teakettle, toaster, blender, and cookware so you can prepare simple meals or snacks at home.

The full bathroom features a walk in shower, and in unit washer and dryer add extra convenience, especially for longer stays. A complimentary starter kit includes paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soaps.

The peaceful bedroom is set up as a cozy retreat after a day on the beach.

• Public transportation available close bye, however having a car offers the greatest convenience and flexibility.
