A light and bright, freshly updated family holiday home with spacious open plan living/dining and kitchen plus sliding glass doors that open to the large undercover all weather deck for the casual BBQ and easy entertaining.

Located just a 30 second walk from the rear entrance of the Middleton Beach Huts and their famous Blues restaurant. This house is perfect for those needing somewhere close by to stay when attending a wedding.

Enjoy a 7 minute stroll to the sandy shores of Middleton beach or the same time to walk through to the cafes, bakery and pub on the Main Street.
The house itself is very well equipped for family entertaining and there are three spacious bedrooms, two with King beds and the third with two sets of bunk beds. All three bedrooms are serviced by a three way bathroom which has separate toilet and vanity.
All bed linen, bath towels tea towels, bath mats, hand towels and face washers are included.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Well behaved dogs are permitted with permission. Please advise the age and breed when booking. A $75 pet fee is payable. The yard is fully fenced.
Strictly no parties and no smoking/vaping anywhere on the property.
*Please note: A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your stay. Additionally, a pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes submitting a valid ID, a selfie, and agreeing to our terms and conditions.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival unless otherwise agreed upon by our tea.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
