The brand new kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal. There’s a Nespresso coffee machine available too if you’d like to make your own coffee and enjoy the views from home.
Out the back is a small courtyard with a table, chairs, and a gas BBQ. Downstairs you`ll also find the laundry and a second toilet.
Upstairs is a gorgeous, brand new bathroom with a spacious shower, toilet, and vanity. The huge master bedroom features a balcony and stunning views.
In the second bedroom, you’ll find a queen bed.

This property may allow one small dog with permission. Please ask at the time of booking. A pet fee of $75 will apply.

If you cancel within the free cancellation period, the deposit will be refunded minus a $30 merchant/credit card processing fee, which is non-refundable.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
