Casa KyLu is a stylish, modern four-bedroom home crafted by a French designer with an eye for detail. This tranquil one-story property is only a short two-minute walk from Playa Potrero, one of the most stunning beaches in Costa Rica.



The Space:

The home spans 1,345.48 sq. ft. (125.00 m²) and features a lovely outdoor oasis with a sparkling private swimming pool and lush garden views.



The spacious, open floor plan features a dining room, living room, and kitchen. The living space is decorated with cozy, dark wood and leather furniture, perfectly balanced by bright white walls and high, beamed ceilings, which create a light and airy atmosphere.



The stylish living room is situated between a wooden dining table with six seats and the kitchen. The living space includes two leather sofas, a wooden coffee table, and a TV. The well-equipped kitchen features a refrigerator, stovetop, oven, and microwave, along with additional appliances, including a blender, coffee maker, and toaster. The spacious breakfast bar, crafted from polished wood, features four leather barstools under two modern pendant lights.



The living and dining space is situated across from a four-panel sliding glass door that opens onto a beautiful covered patio. The patio is furnished with two wicker sofas and ottomans featuring plush cushions, along with a matching coffee table. It also has a BBQ grill and a ceiling fan to keep the space cool. However, the highlight of the backyard is the sparkling swimming pool, complete with a decorative stone waterfall feature and surrounded by a ten-foot wall for security and privacy.



Three out of the four bedrooms in this modern home offer beautiful views of the pool, including the master bedroom and bathroom, which is tucked away in a quiet corner of the house for added privacy. The master suite features a king-sized bed with a plush, high-end mattress and contemporary decor that incorporates authentic Costa Rican flair. The stunning attached bathroom features a tiled accent wall, a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and frosted glass doors leading to the pool. The three guest bedrooms each offer a queen-sized bed with a high-end mattress, a sliding glass door with a pool or garden view, and modern decor. The guest bedrooms share a bathroom with a double vanity and a half bath.



Casa KyLu offers air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a washer and dryer for your convenience during your stay. The property also features one parking spot within the gated walls and is pet-friendly.



Pet-friendly policy



We welcome your furry friends at our property! Before you book, each pet must be verified and approved based on breed and size (max 35 lbs.), accompanied by a recent photo. A refundable pet fee of $200 per stay, along with an additional cleaning fee of $50 + 13% per pet, is required to ensure our home remains pristine for all guests. We allow up to two pets per reservation. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in public areas within the property grounds. Certain properties and complexes may have specific rules and registration requirements. Pets need to be verified at least 24 hours prior to check-in. If guests arrive at check-in with unverified pets, access to the property will be denied.

Special Places of Costa Rica is committed to protecting our properties and complying with short-term rental regulations, which is why all guests are required to complete an independent verification with our trusted partner, TRUVI, before check-in. You will be contacted via email, text, or app notification with instructions to complete this process. As part of the verification, you will need to choose between paying a refundable security deposit (which includes a non-refundable 2% processing fee) or purchasing a non-refundable damage waiver, which protects you in case of accidental damage during your stay. We strongly recommend the damage waiver, as it provides peace of mind and avoids tying up funds with a deposit. Both the TRUVI verification and your selection of either the deposit or the damage waiver must be completed prior to your arrival.
