We ask people to be respectful of their neighbours and the flat. This is a quiet apartment on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator but great view lines

Best spot in Charlottetown!

We spent a week at this wonderful apartment and were very pleased with our experience. Laurie and Alan have done a wonderful job renovating, decorating and equipping the apartment which made our stay very comfortable. We especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and lovely deck. It was a short walk to many restaurants, shops and theater. We took several walks along the waterfront and watched cruise ships come in. Thank you to Laurie and Alan for making our stay memorable. The next time we're in Charlottetown this is where we want to stay.

Really clean, well maintained and has everything you need for a comfortable stay

What a wonderful location and the home itself has great character and is really well maintained. You are a 5 minute walk from everything you could want in Charlottetown (water, restaurants, historic sites). There is free parking and it is air conditioned which was such a relief given the recent heat wave. Barb and I would highly recommend this place

Great Location and So Much More!

We had a wonderful one week  stay. The location is ideal for a home base to explore the island and perfect for visiting Charlottetown as it is in the historic downtown.  The apartment is fantastic! It's comfortable, clean and has everything you need to feel at home. Laurie was wonderful to work with from our initial inquiry to our departure. Thank you for your island hospitality!

Excellent Visit!!!

Multiple pluses. Laurie and Allen were great hosts. The home is right in the middle of town, just minutes from everything by foot (including the piers). Views of ships docking from your window. Very clean, very roomy, great layout. Would certainly stay here again.

Lovely downtown heritage home

We were impressed with everything about this condo. The location was perfect and within walking distance to everything downtown. The condo had all the amenities we needed plus more! Communicating with Laurie was a pleasure, and having her energetic self to greet us and show us around upon our arrival was really appreciated. She also had suggestions for things to do and see, and they were all really great! I would gladly stay here again during my next visit to Charlottetown, and I will be highly recommending this condo to any family and friends that are travelling to PEI!

Good digs in Charlottetown

Enjoyable stay in Laurie and Allan's apt in Charlottetown. Met by Laurie who provided useful info re the apt and environs. Easy walk to all Charlottetown attractions, restaurants, theatre, etc. Can see the cruise ships from the front windows. Apt very clean and bright, well equpped kitchen (sharp knives, hurray!!). Some traffic noise during day when sitting in front room but OK at night for sleeping as bedroom is at the back. Parking on site, just leave the car and walk. Easy location to exit Charlottetown and head north or east. BBQ on back deck is small but works fine, nice to have. Lots of channels on the TV. Upgrading reading lights in living room would be good. Receiver Coffee a block away, Cows ice cream nearby as well -- the essentials!! If we return to Charlottetown, we'll stay there again.

A great location to the fun spots in Charlottetown. Absolutely enjoyed our stay here'

This was the first time when the owner actually met us to welcome us and explain the apartment as well as recommend restaurants. This place had lots of extras such as coffee, beach chairs and towels. You couldn't ask for a better location to great restaurants, shops and tourist spots. PEI is an undiscovered gem. Really enjoyed our three day visit.

Very well equipped and fantastic location!

We were greeted my owner who explained everything and also provided great recommendations for restaurants etc. Made us feel very welcome. The location of the suite was ideal for restaurants, shopping and harbour. The Tall Ships were in the harbour for Canada Day 150. There was so much going on. We were very proud to be Canadians! Would highly recommend and would stay here again!

Charlottetown at its best

Laurie our host was charming and helpful. The apartment was immaculate and ideally located for walking Charlottetown or a quick escape from the city to visit other parts of the island.

Great Location

Very spacious and clean unit with all the modern conveniences. We could see the water from the bedroom and living room windows.We had safe parking in the back for our car rental. Everything in Charlottetown is within easy walking distance, no need to drive! Highly recommend the place would definitely stay there again.

A perfect getaway

We enjoyed a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment! It was clean, well-maintained and provided everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable! The excellent kitchen allowed us to eat in when we chose, but we were also able to easily walk to the great pubs, and cafes in the area. Laurie was an accommodating host! We will definitely do this again!!

Great accommodation and location.

Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place in Charlottetown. Walking distance to everything. Very comfortable and clean apartment with everything you need in it. If flying in from out of town and want to hit the beach, beach towels, cooler and chairs are provided. We stayed for a weekend getaway but would have no issue with staying longer. Nice having the deck off the bedroom. Laurie, our host, was very nice and accommodating and only a phone call away if needed.

Great stay-no car needed

Perfect place downtown as a home away from home. We were able to walk everywhere. Very nice restaurant 2 doors down (very casual but need reservations as the wait for those without reservations was 1.5-2 hours). Everything was as described and our stay was very comfortable. Laurie was very friendly and met us even though our flight came in (unexpectedly) close to midnight. Definitely recommend.

Outstanding vacation apartment

We had a thoroughly enjoyable time in this beautifully-appointed property. The home was clinically clean with plenty of amenities. Laurie was very friendly and helpful - although the only help we required was advice about the local eateries. Charlottetown is in a beautiful area. There are so many things to do. This is an outstanding property. Highly recommended.

Wonderful golf vacation in PEI

We really enjoyed staying in this condo. The owner Laurie & Alan were very very nice, welcoming and made sure we had everything we need. They are easy to reach should you need to or have any questions. You will get an answer very quickly. The condo is well located. Walking distance from the boardwalk, shops, restaurants, Victoria row, and more. It was very very clean and well maintained in the condo. The bed was confortable. There is an AC unit in the window in the bedroom which make the room cool and comfortable. It also helps to make the rest of the condo cooler although if you choose instead to open the windows there is always a good breeze because of the water front and being on the 3rd floor. The condo is very well soundproof. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Wonderful

We arrived late on our first day and were met by Laurie who took us upstairs to our room. We talked for a while and her husband Allen came over and installed an air conditioner into our bedroom window. They stayed and we talked for an pretty long time and had a blast. They were so helpful, giving us names of places to eat and see. We had a great time and would do it again in a second. It was centrally located in the historic district of the city just a block away from all the good places to see and eat. The place was huge and very clean with the added convenience of a washer and drier. I would highly recommend this place to everyone going to PEI. Thanks Laurie and Allen....hey we might see you in the Keys.

Easy to find, Clean,accomodating owners, and an exciting area to experience!

We enjoyed a two week stay in this property, and were very satisfied. It was very clean, provided all the necessities for daily living and more. Appreciated the in-house washer and dryer to be used at your convenience. The balcony out back was most welcoming after a busy day, and provided some quiet and privacy. Is a very busy area and street to be on (Water Street), with lots of action and sights to take in. Close to some very good restaurants and shops all within walking distance if you so choose. The restaurant on the corner of Water Street and Prince turned out to be a great find with excellent seafood and chowder, but make reservations as it is exceptionally busy. Would definitely recommend this property to family and friends, with one caveat, to be prepared to walk the stairs as there is no elevator. Great exercise. We think most people would be very satisfied with this accommodation.

Beautiful, confortable and excellent location!

We stayed over during Thanksgiving weekend and we had the best of stays. The apartment is fully equiped, super clean, very comfortable and decorated with great taste. There is nothing else we could have wished for (washer-dryer, parking, dishwasher, deck with beautiful view, BBQ, etc.). The owners were very helpful too! Everything is within walking distance (waterfront, historical district, restaurants) and perfect to enjoy the city. We will definetely stay there again and I recommand it without hesitation. Thank you Laurie and Alan!

A highlight of our stay in Charlottetown

This is a wonderful place to stay that we enjoyed thoroughly. It is a fully equipted and recently renovated one bedroom apartment on the top floor of an old red brick apartment block that is between Charlottetown's downtown and it's harbour. It comes with a dishwasher, laundry facilities and a marvellous deck to enjoy in the evenings. There are numerous restaurants in the immediate area. This apartment is ideal for a couple or a business traveller.

Fantastic Stay!

My husband and I had an amazing stay in PEI. The condo was in a perfect location to walk to restaurants and the waterfront. It had everything that you would need to cook although we only made 2 meals. Very clean and comfortable with an open concept. The owners Alan and Laurie were amazing to deal with and went out of their way to ensure we had everything that we needed. The island is small so it is easy to navigate. We wish we had more time as there were more places we wanted to see and more restaurants to enjoy!

Great place in the heart of Charlottetown

Great little one bedroom apartment in Charlottetown. My wife and I stayed here for one night during a short trip to PEI and were impressed with the accommodation. Everything you need for a short or long stay were provided - microwave, fridge, stove, dishwasher, cable, Wi-Fi, washer, dryer. The host even provided a few essential toiletries and a nice welcome gift. The rental is within walking distance (a few blocks) of restaurants, pubs and shopping. Even the hot yoga studio and spa were less than two minutes walk. I recommend the Gahan House for their beer selection and Liquid Gold Olive Oils & Vinegars for the most amazing olive oil/balsamic creations. We will definitely book this rental again the next time I'm in Charlottetown.
