Escape from the city in style at beautiful Aquazul, a newly-built waterfront home overlooking scenic Canyon Lake.

If you're looking for some lake time, then look no further than Aquazul, a newly constructed home on Canyon Lake. This home features sweeping views of the lake below, a large deck space, and an additional shaded outdoor dining area, perfect for gathering with friends and family. The nearest free county boat ramp is conveniently located less than 2 miles away.

Inside, you'll find a modern and relaxing set up, including the open and airy kitchen, dining, and living spaces with a lake view through the large windows. All bedrooms including the master suite are upstairs, and there is an additional living space upstairs as well (be sure to check out the photos and captions for more details on sleeping arrangements and bed sizes).

Amazing getaway house

This property was just like in pictures, sparkly clean with nice touches for kids around the house (e.g. step stool, kids’ tent) in a quiet neighborhood. My parents were impressed and quickly fell in love with how beautiful the house and the lake view from the house were. We saw so many cute deers nearby! Less than 10 min from Dollar General market along with few restaurants for quick grabs. Communicating with the owner was very quick and efficient. Pre-check in instructions were very clear and thorough. We will definitely be back in the future!

Wife & I had a great stay. The house was very clean and made a relaxing stay. The only negative thing i could say was the view from deck and bedroom blacony were very obstructed by trees. But had an AMAZING time on the lake.

Nice house. Needs a bit of polishing and safety improvements.

Walked into the house and it was hot and full of flies. Spent the first hour or so killing them all. Not sure what that was about but it was managed quickly. House was tidy other than the fly infestation. the views are incredible! Everything seemed to be working and clean. Nice furnishings and great overall layout. Kids loved the ping pong on the patio. The only major bummer was the kids bunk bed setup with a ceiling fan right at the second bunk level. We didn't catch it and our 4 year old got hit and got a large gash on his head. It put our weekend on a detour. I highly recommend removing that fan. Though we were quite upset about the incident we feel lucky it wasn't worse. Not the Father's Day and birthday weekend I had hoped for since we never made it out on the lake due to my son's injury.

Texas visit

The home was very comfortable, clean, and fully stocked. It had excellent spaces to observe the lovely view. The management company was wonderful and responded quickly to any need. I would recommend this property.

Must Stay

This is a beautiful and clean property. The views are amazing. It is remote and the perfect location if you want a relaxing vacation. The property has everything that you could possibly want or need. The location is centered between New Braunfels and San Antonio, so you get the best of both worlds. Easy and short travels times to both. The locals are friendly and welcoming. Be mindful that this is basically in the hills/woods so watch for deer and wildlife. Deer roam freely. Scorpions are on the property and I notified owners. Bring bug repellant for you and children.

Very clean with a beautiful view!

This home was easy to find and was set up very nice for our girls weekend. We enjoyed the home and it was very comfortable and clean. It was equipped with everything we needed and our stay was comfortable. The view at this home is incredible and from every room in the house except one bedroom. They have nice bathrooms with nice showers, good water pressure, etc. The water was really low during our visit, so we did not get to enjoy the lake access this home offers. Would definitely recommend a stay here and would rent again in the future.

Wonderful home! Excellent location!

We had the best time at this home! Two families of four with one year olds and 7&8 year olds! Home was perfect for us! Really appreciated the baby gates for the top and bottom of staircase! We cooked every meal at the home! Wonderful kitchen & great gas grill! Recommendations for staying there - don’t forget foil & ziplocs (we forgot these and got creative with our leftovers - there were a few Tupperware to use - but not all of them had lids…) We can’t wait to go back again!

Lovely House - Best Sunsets

Aquazul is a beautiful house with awesome windows. Slept our extended family of 8 perfectly. We used the sleeper sofa and it was very comfortable. We had the best sunsets and loved the gazebo. We’d definitely stay again!

Great spot with beautiful views

Beautiful views from deck and kitchen/ living room as well as upstairs. It was mostly cold and rainy while we were there but very relaxing and enjoyable property nonetheless.

I’m in love!!

Even more beautiful than the pictures. It was so clean and everything was quality. Fully loaded kitchen, Plenty of towels, etc. Not only do you have direct access to the lake, you are also in a little cove that feels private. I love Texas, I love Canyon lake and I loved this house.

Beautiful sunsets

This home was perfect!! There were 8 of us and the home was very accommodating and had plenty of kitchen items we lacked for nothing! The view of sunsets were beautiful but there is some trees that do need trimming because it was blocking some of the view. The hike to the water was challenging. The water was low when we went. We still enjoyed ourselves and we will definitely be back! If your looking for a great place to stay this is it!

Amazing vacation

Amazing house to spend time on the lake. Whole family were very comfortable in their rooms. Great views throughout. Very convenient covered patio off of the kitchen. Could use another fan to keep cool in the 100 degree heat 🥵. Led lighting around the patio hand rail could add ambiance at night. Perfect area to spend time floating in the lake. We were able to watch beautiful sunsets from the back deck, gazebo or sitting on the rocks down on the water. I would give this house a 4.8 if possible. We had an AMAZING stay with lots of great memories. I want to thank the owners for allowing us to stay and look forward to coming back.

Lovely Lakeview Home

We rented this lake view home to have a nice quiet getaway with my family and my one grandson. This property exceeded all of our expectations. The home is decorated beautifully and was spotlessly clean. We all enjoyed the home very much.

Excellent property!

We stayed at the property for 3 nights with our 3 kids, and had a blast. The house is just like described, and the photos match what you get 100%. The hosts were awesome and super accommodating as our travel plans changed, and we had to request to stay for an additional night. The views from the living room are unbelievable, and the property is close to everything. The house was very clean, and we felt right at home. And while I wish we had a chance to spend more time at the property and enjoy the beach access, our stay was nothing short of great. Thank you, and we'll definitely stay again there.

Nice waterfront property

We really enjoyed the property. The house has a nice roomy feel and worked well for our family of four. We enjoyed the living room view, outdoor seating, and waterfront access. The home is well-kept and nicely decorated with a clean/modern aesthetic. The kitchen was well equipped. We had a great stay.
