- Guests must obtain a permit at the lobby kiosk by entering their vehicle license plate number; additional parking permits are available for $10 per day and are subject to availability
- Trailers and oversized vehicles are strictly prohibited on the property and subject to being towed

The check-in process was a joke. Front desk person that was there left as we came into lobby at 4pm. Was told the computer was down. Follow email instructions, with no computer working?? Saw only one other staff member and that was on Sunday morning doing the laundry. At one point, there were several people trying to figure out what to do.No tiki bar or restaurant at the place as stated on several web sites and their own site.Giving this place a 3 rating was basically because of cleanliness, would not stay here again.

From the Owner: "Thank you for your feedback. Oceanside Inn operates as a condo-hotel, meaning all units are privately owned and there is no traditional full-time front desk. Check-in is completed using the instructions sent prior to arrival. The Tiki Bar is located by the pool area. We are sorry if it was not accessible or difficult to locate during your stay, and we will follow up with the HOA to confirm if there were any temporary closures. Regarding the computer outage, if that occurred, it would have been outside guests’ control, and we would not expect guests to be penalized for that. We truly appreciate your comments about the cleanliness of the unit. While we are sorry other aspects did not meet expectations, we hope you were able to enjoy the beachfront location and pool. Thank you again for your feedback, it helps us continue improving communication and guest experience."

The room door did not latch, the dead bolt was the only method of keeping the door closed. The security door to the parking lot looks like it has not been able to shut for years and did not have any locking device on at all. Only 1 of the 2 elevators worked.The host was notified and responded with a "I see" text and no further response or actions taken by the host.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry your stay did not fully meet expectations. The unit entry door is a fire-rated safety door with custom measurements, which makes replacement more complex than a standard door. It has always functioned properly, with a deadbolt and interior latch for security, and we have personally used it without issues. Regarding the parking lot, several doors are locked overnight for building security, while the main entrance remains open for guest access. The building is also upgrading to a key-fob system. During your stay, one elevator was temporarily out of service due to renovations, which are now complete. We have an emergency contact available for guests and apologize if communication was not as clear or timely as it should have been. We remain committed to providing a safe and well-supported experience for all guests.
