The Space:
From the moment you arrive at Casa Calle Azul, you’ll feel the calm of the desert settle in. Located inside the gated Puerta Azul community, this single-level home offering a private, restful setting ideal for couples, families, or friends traveling together.
Inside, the layout is open and welcoming. The living room connects effortlessly to a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to cook, dine, and feel at home. A half bath is available off the main living area for added convenience.
The home features two private en-suite bedrooms, thoughtfully positioned on opposite sides of the house for maximum privacy. Each bedroom offers a king bed and a rollaway twin bed, along with dual vanities and ample space to unpack and settle in. Both rooms are equipped with their own desk, perfect for studying or working remotely, ensuring comfort and convenience for every guest.
Step outside and you’ll find the kind of outdoor space that defines a La Quinta getaway — a wraparound patio framed by citrus trees and desert landscaping, your own private pool and spa, and a cozy fire pit to gather around at night.
You’ll also enjoy access to Puerta Azul’s resort-style amenities, including:
Two community pools and spas
A fitness center, tennis court, bocce ball court, and clubhouse
Beautiful walking paths and secure, gated entry

Our home is dedicated to ensuring your comfort and convenience. You'll find ample space in closets and bathroom drawers to settle in and make yourself at home. Feel free to utilize all the kitchen amenities, but we kindly request that you handle them with care.
To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code and its location. Upon arrival, you'll find a lockbox on the front gate, which contains a key specifically for your stay.

For optimal transportation, a private car is recommended. Taxi services are available from Palm Springs airport, and both Uber and Lyft operate in the desert. Festival-goers will find these services to be affordable and convenient.
Other Things to Note:
Pool Heating: $75 per day and typically charged for the full stay. If it isn’t processed by the booking platform, we’ll send a request. Please message us if you’d like it added.
Occupancy: Rates are based on the number of guests. Additional guests may increase the nightly rate.
Compliance: Guests are responsible for any HOA or city citations during their stay.

No cats allowed.
Pet fee is $150+ per pet (based on weight). If it isn’t processed by the booking platform, we’ll send a request.
Pets cannot be left inside the home unattended unless they are crated.
Pets may be left in the back patio unattended as long as the area is enclosed.
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and for any pet-related damage or violations.
The rental agreement must be signed to confirm your reservation; otherwise, the booking may be canceled.
High-speed wireless Wi-Fi (+50Mbps) access is available throughout the house, extending to the back patio and pool area.
Living and room and both bedrooms feature smart TVs for all of your favorite shows and movies.
The home also features use of the garage, AMPLE PARKING in front and provided neighborhood patrol. Trash is located on the right side of the beginning of the driveway where there's a mini gate. Please remove used bedding and leave in the laundry area. Any guests not listed on the lease will be subject to a $200 fine per person.
Kindly send us a list of all names of people who will be at the house and the drivers of the cars that will be granted access.
