Every corner of “La Quinta Azul” is beautifully furnished. Both master bedroom suites feature their own king beds, walk-in closets, smart TV’s, ensuite bathrooms and double vanities. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for cooking.

The exterior is a quiet celebration of desert living and relaxation. Revel in the breathtaking views of the Santa Rosa Mountains, or bask in the sun by the saltwater pool and spa, surrounded by lush greenery.

The property is also conveniently supplied trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponges, hand soap, dish soap, and toilet paper. There are enough bath and pool towels for the number of guests booked. The bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and lotion available. Additionally, the laundry room is fully equipped with a washer, dryer, laundry detergent and an iron/ironing board and steamer.

Guests have access to the community's facilities but must follow the HOA guidelines. Kindly ensure that you leave everything as you discovered them. Reservations are necessary for the tennis courts, although they are typically easy to book.

Guests are kindly requested to abide by the community's rules and regulations and avoid causing any excessive noise that may disturb the surrounding area.

Music is allowed outside at a reasonable level from 10am - 10pm. Please be mindful of volume as La Quinta has a city ordinance restricting decibel levels outside. Violation of this rule may result in a fine which will be the responsibility of the guest.

Landscaping takes place Friday morning. Pool service takes place Monday & Thursday mornings. Both services take approximately 15 minutes.
