Please note that children require constant supervision, as the Wilyabrup Creek runs through the property year-round, and the farmhouse features a spiral staircase to the loft bedroom. As Trastevere is a working farm, kindly leave all gates as you find them — open only when needed and ensure they are securely closed behind you.

Your furry friend is welcome to join you! Please follow these simple house rules:
- Dogs are allowed indoors but not on furniture or in bedrooms.
- Bring your dog’s own bedding and bowls.
- Please ensure the property is left clean and free from fur, drool, or waste.
- Dogs must not be left alone at the property (inside or outside).
- Please manage barking or digging to avoid disturbing neighbours.

- What is the bedding configuration?
Bedrooms 1 and 2 feature queen beds, Bedroom 3 includes a king bed and a permanent crib, Bedroom 4 has one single bed, and Bedroom 5 offers three single beds. We supply high-quality linen and fresh towels for all guests.
- What consumables are provided?
We include a starter kit: coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt/pepper, paper towel, hand/body wash, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, laundry liquid.
- How and when will I receive the address & key code?
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive arrival instructions by email. Your unique door code and check-in details are sent 48 hours before arrival.
- Is the property pet-friendly?
Yes — pets are allowed.
- Are children welcome / is there a cot or highchair?
Children are welcome. Cot is provided for free and a highchair available upon request for a small fee.
- Is smoking allowed?
No, smoking is not permitted.
- Parking details?
Onsite secure parking is available to guests.
- Where are the bedrooms located?
Bedrooms 1, 2, 3, and 4 are situated on the ground floor, while Bedroom 5 is a loft room featuring a spiral staircase.
- What bathroom facilities are available in the property?
The property has two bathrooms: Bathroom 1 is a semi-ensuite and Bathroom 2 is shared. Both include a walk-in shower and toilet, with 24/7 hot water available.
- Is the property accessible for guests with limited mobility?
The property may not be fully suitable for guests with limited mobility. Bedrooms 1–4 are on the ground floor, but Bedroom 5 is accessed via a spiral staircase.

Trastevere is a working cattle farm so please ensure ALL gates are left as you find them. Closed gates must be closed after you walk through them.
Quiet hours are between 12pm and 6am
Dogs are permitted on application.
- See dog rules in section X of the rental agreement.
Smoking is prohibited inside the house, but a designated area is available outside, and we`ve provided an ashtray for your convenience. Please dispose of your cigarette butts responsibly.
No School Leavers
Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
Bed type: 1 King Bed | 2 Queen Beds | 4 Single Beds* (*Note: Single beds can`t be pushed together).
Tents, boat, campers, caravans, swags, sleeping bags are not permitted on or to be used at the property during a booking.
The bins are emptied into the skip bin (Red lid bin: General waste, Yellow lid bin: Recycling).
Properties are professionally cleaned prior to your booking but please note that prior to your departure you are required to:
Put all furniture back in original positions
All dishes are to be cleaned, dried and put back in their appropriate places.
All food and rubbish removed and put in the external bins.
BBQ turned off after use.
Ovens – food removed and wiped.
