Cutest in Hot Springs "Amazing Place" Fully Restored--"English" Rock Cottage

This 1931 cottage is just so cute, and is a great getaway place for a small group to enjoy the yard, or the wonderful kitchen and large TV and or just relaz! Bonus cabinette cottage in the back that allows for more guest to stay. The porch also has a twin bed for naps or a good nights rest.
Fully restored in 2020 it has some beautiful oak beams from an early 1700s vineyard out of Worcester , Massachusetts. The cottage is just a very unique nice place to stay and get away. It has a nice covered porch that has windows that open up to allow for breezes to flow through. Beautiful hardwood floors and a gas stove, and antiques that just make the place one that you will want to come back to.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It is charming, clean, and had everything we needed. Brian and Holly were excellent at communicating and offered some great dining suggestions. The Pancake Shop was worth the wait and Sam's Pizza was super close and had something for everyone.

It was an adorable little cottage, very clean and tidy. So cozy and warm with the gas fireplace inside and the firepit outside! The location made for easy access to anywhere we wanted to go, in any direction. Communication between the host and myself was clear, extremely informative and prompt! We will definitely rent again!

Quaint,adorable homey English cottage that was well stocked and clean. Was located in a quiet neighborhood but yet close enough to all the local attractions. Would definitely recommend staying here.

This was a great place to stay! Great location, close but just far enough away for peace and quiet. Also very clean, comfortable and cute. The hosts were fantastic. Brian and Holly were on cue for everything we needed to know, often tellling us before we asked. We would absolutely stay here again.

The cabin was great. It features cozy design choices, clean rooms, clean bathrooms, and an extensive selection of kitchenware. The indoor fireplace was used pretty consistently; it was a fantastic feature! If we come back to Hot Springs, I’m hoping this spot will be available! Brian and Holly were excellent communicators - very accommodating to our needs.Soli Deo Gloria!

Hosts Brian and Holly were very welcoming and accommodating! Great communication during the booking process. Great kitchen for preparing Thanksgiving dinner. All of the amenities were exactly as advertised. The cottage was so cute and was just what we needed for a 5 night get-a-way! Loved the size of the yard for the littles (and a couple of adults) to run and play football. Thanks for everything!

Holly and Brian have another historic 1924 cottage Near Lake Hamilton and enjoy the challenge of taking a place that has been run down and making it new and useful again. We have 4 boys and they all have in one way or another been involved in restoring the places.
We love to have people stay at the cottage or cabin and rest relax and get away from the world. There is almost nothing like hearing that people have had a great time staying at one of the places. We like to go antique shopping and cruising around the Hot springs lakes with friends and family.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The rock house has been fully restored and has oak floors, and so much ship lap that Joanna Gains would be jealous ( we are not kidding). The incredible kitchen beams were purchased from man that had traveled to Massachusetts to a auction of a late 1700s vineyard. The cottage has a great gas range, and a cozy gas fireplace and strong WIFI signal along with Roku streaming service.
Outside is a nice patio with addrondyke chairs to enjoy the yard.
The master bedroom is very spacious and has a king size bed, and the other bedroom has two twin beds with the softest mattresses you have ever slept on.
ill stop there, but it really is a nice cute little place.

10 minutes maximum to Oaklawn, or really any restaurants or attractions in the city, but yet it feels like you are in the county because the old dairy property is right across from the cottage.
