Beach House

Elliott Heads Beach House is located in one of the most sought after spots at Elliott Heads, only a stones throw from the beach and beautiful sandy river. Water views of beach and river. Across the road is a playground, bbq areas, basketball court, Café and grassed areas.

Unlimited free WiFi, new kitchen flooring and furniture, 75” Samsung smart TV, surround sound JBL sound bar, LG French door fridge ice/water, large lounge, quality beds.

Fully Air conditioned! Three bedrooms upstairs with two queens and a double/single bunk bed. Air conditioning to all three bedrooms and living area. Combined lounge kitchen dining area. Downstairs consists of the laundry, second living area and it’s large enough to fit a boat or large 4WD. Also plenty of room to store water sports gear and valuables.

Beach, sandy river and park views from the lounge/dining, parks, playgrounds, Café, bus stop, patrolled surf beach all within 250 metres.

Recently renovated inside. Brand new furniture throughout the house including new quality bedding, linen and bathroom towels included. Stack of DVDs and board games for time spent at home.

Beach and water sports items including three kayaks for guests to use.

If the booking dates don’t match up with what you are looking for feel free to make contact and we will do our best to accommodate you.

If booking an extended stay we can organise mid stay cleans by professional cleaners and yard maintenance to continue during your stay.

Beautiful little family home that did the job perfectly for our 10 night stay! Had everything for our family of 5 (just needed to take our own portacot)An amazing location for a very relaxed holiday, beautiful beach and hidden rock pools all within walking distance (even for a toddler) and great places to fish. Even a park and skate park across the road! The house itself was very homely which made our stay more comfortable, enough couch space for all to sit and watch a movie also! Our stay at 6 Lihs Street met well above my expectations and we would recommend this house to everyone! Thanks Ben for having us in your home.

Perfect beachside location

We stayed at this property for 4 nights.Fantastic location, right opposite park, cafe & beach.The home was in excellent condition, clean, comfortable & fully fenced, for our dog.The home has everything required for an enjoyable beach holiday.We particularly, enjoyed the board games, in the evenings.A great accommodation options to enjoy Elliott Heads.Ben is an approachable host.

Beach House at Elliott Heads

We had a great long weekend at Beach House at Elliott Heads to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. The house was great for our 4 adults and one grandchild as well as accommodating our 2 canine companions. The house had full kitchen facilities and a large comfortable lounge as well as washing and drying facilities. The view from the lounge dining was straight out over the river to the ocean. Elliott Heads is very quiet and a great spot for adults, kids and dogs alike. We would definitely stay in Beach House again.

Great spot to relax

Amazing host couldn’t be more helpful if he tried. The location is wonderful. Only downfall is you can’t buy a decent coffee in the area so pack your coffee machine.

Lots of water!

On the verge of the river and the ocean. Beautiful walks. Old on the outside, but beautifully renovated inside with somewhere to put the jetski. Loved it.

Couldn’t be happier! Top review deserved.

This property exceeded our expectations. It was so clean, new and fresh. It had every detail covered for anything we needed for our stay with our family. And the location is absolutely ideal! We didn’t even need to drive anywhere unless we chose to. Has all basis covered and all the comforts you could want. Ben was absolutely accomodating, communicated easily and definitely left us wanting to come back and make sure we tell others about this little piece of paradise.

Beachfront Bliss

Great peaceful location, good view and close to beach, cafe and park. House was modern, open and airy. Clean and well presented. Everything you want when you are away from home, could say home away from home. Good size yard, Washing machine and dryer at the property. Kayaks and other watersport equipment available to use. Ben was more than accommodating and helpful and fast responses with queries. Short drive to Bundaberg regions tourist destinations ie. Tinnaberries, Bundy Rum, Mon Repo, Bargara. Would recommend to anyone and will stay here again.

Great location, clean tidy home

Stayed in Elliott Heads for 2 nights, house was clean and tidy and well equipped with everything you need. The house is in a fantastic location across from the beach, a kids park and fish and chips shop. We had a great time and would absolutely stay again!

Fantastic - clean, friendly, perfect location

Ben our host was great, helpful friendly and prompt. Thanks Ben. Property was clean and tidy. Thanks to the cleaner. Newly renovated. For those with difficulties climbing stairs- this home could be a challenge. Loved the large TV screen and surround sound and the decor, well equipped kitchen etc. So close to the beach/inlet, walking paths, cafe. Very quiet. We would have loved to have used the kayaks but the weather was a bit cool for us. We were there celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary, but it would be equally suitable for a family or a few friends having a holiday. Thanks.

Home away from home

Beautifully presented, clean and tidy home. Beds super comfy! Perfect location - walk across road to the beach. Owners kayak’s were put to good use. Communication with the owner was prompt and friendly. Big Smart TV was a plus for watching the footy. Air-Con in every room was a bonus! Short 15 min drive to Bargara and Bundy. Will definitely be back and quick to recommend to our family and friends.

Ben, the owner was so helpful. Gave us lots of local tips and was very accommodating. The house couldn’t have been in a better location. Love Elliott Heads. Would love to go back and do it all again.
