Welcome to this beautifully updated and inviting home, thoughtfully designed to offer comfort, functionality, and charm during your stay in St. Louis.

Step inside and you’ll find a spacious and light-filled layout that flows effortlessly from room to room, blending modern updates with classic touches. Whether you’re in town for work, family, or a bit of both, this home is set up to give everyone plenty of space to spread out and feel at ease.

LIVING & DINING AREAS
The main level opens to a stylish and welcoming living room perfect for lounging, or reading. Just beyond, the dining room invites you to gather for shared meals, game nights, or a cozy breakfast. The two areas flow together seamlessly, creating an ideal setup for groups or families to connect and relax.

KITCHEN & LAUNDRY
The updated kitchen sits at the heart of the main floor and is fully equipped with modern appliances and ample prep space. Whether you’re cooking a full meal or just brewing your morning coffee, everything you need is close at hand. Just off the kitchen, you’ll find a convenient laundry nook and a half bath—perfect for longer stays or freshening up before heading out.

BEDROOMS
Head upstairs to the second floor, where three thoughtfully appointed bedrooms await. The primary suite offers comfort and privacy, complete with its own full bathroom and generous closet space. The two additional bedrooms are bright and cozy, each with unique touches and comfortable beds to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

The top floor features a fourth bedroom tucked into a quiet corner of the home, ideal for those seeking a bit more privacy. A newly added full bathroom on this level makes it easy to accommodate larger groups without feeling crowded.

BATHROOMS
This home includes three bathrooms total: a half bath on the main floor, a full bath in the primary suite, and a second full bath upstairs shared by the additional bedrooms. The top-floor bath is fully updated.

OUTDOOR SPACE

Located in a peaceful residential area, this neighborhood offers the perfect blend of charm and convenience. Just a short walk from the vibrant Delmar Loop, you’ll find a variety of locally loved restaurants, cozy cafes, unique boutiques, and live music venues. The area is also close to Forest Park, one of the largest urban parks in the country, where guests can enjoy scenic trails, the St. Louis Zoo, and world-class museums—all for free. Whether you're here to explore the city or simply relax, this neighborhood provides a welcoming and well-connected home base for your stay.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car, with most highways nearby. You can also use the Metro link light rail system to access many major attractions.

St. Louis also has both UBER and Lyft available. You'll also see lots of Lime and Bird electric scooters throughout the city, so you can zoom wherever you'd like!

GUEST VETTING
ABODEbucks loves hosting guests of all creeds, races, and nationalities. This said, to protect neighborhoods and properties from parties, reservation inquiries from local guests with few or no reviews will likely be denied.

PRIVACY-SAFE NOISE MONITORING
This home is equipped with NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. This allows us to request that levels be reduced to moderate levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.

GUEST VERIFICATION
SafelyStay, Inc. verifies the identity of guests and checks criminal databases to confirm reservations.

TRUST & SAFETY
The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee include up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 for accidental property damage and bodily injury.

The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The $68 fee is collected at the time of payment and may be labeled as a “Trust & Safety Fee” or “Management Fee”.

NIGHTLY PRICING
Our goal is to provide each guest with a wonderful stay at a great value. The nightly price has been pre-discounted based on the market value of your requested dates.

EXTRA GUEST FEE
For groups of more than 7 guests, please note the extra guest fee of $15/person/night starting with the 8th guest. This fee is automatically applied based on your guest count.

COVID-19 CLEANING CERTIFIED
The ABODEbucks team has completed the "Health, Cleaning, Disinfecting and Personal Protective Equipment for Workers who Clean Vacation Rental Homes" certification and has been trained on today's best practices to keep guests safe and healthy by following strict and elevated cleaning guidelines. You can rest a bit easier when staying with ABODEbucks.

✔ This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans.
✔ Primary renter must be 25+ years old
✔ Pets are not permitted on the property
✔ No smoking inside the home
✔ No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation
✔ No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party
✔ Quiet time is 10pm - 8am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.
✔ Outdoor areas off-limits after 10pm
✔ Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings, or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.We value you as our guest and are always here to help if you need anything during your stay!
