Hey Austin, Thanks so much for your review! Sorry for the issues you had with the TV. We have ROKU smart TV's with all streaming apps loaded on but it sounds like you had some connection troubles. I will be sending maintenance to make sure things are connected properly and we would love to host you again anytime!

Hey Melissa, We are so sorry that we werent able to grant early check-in. We are sorry to see this resulting in a less than 5 star review. We got one of your units completed early and were able to grant early check-in but with the full home being so large, the other units took a bit longer. We were still able to get you into all units before the 5:00 check-in time that is listed on our listing page. We will always grant early check-in when possible but in the future if you know that early check-in is absolutely necessary, I would confirm this with the host prior to booking.
